Dr Heros is awesome, patient, compassionate, comprehensive am excellent Dr. to assist with your pain management.

Super friendly and completely through. I left feeling encouraged.

Dr Heros and his team are careful, competent and thorough, Dr Heros explained my diagnosis and pain treatment options patiently and with nuance…. I knew what to expect and the range of possible outcomes! He’s awesome!

Every person in the from Dr Heros down I have been helped above and beyond while dealing with pain, and the painful insurance company.

I appreciated that Dr. included other professionals in my treatment and then asked me to follow up to make sure the job got done to keep him accountable.

Very thorough. And, they take the time to discuss options and provide a safety net for the future, should your pain reoccur. Great staff out front and behind the scenes, too. Thanks, Spinal Diagnostics!

Very polite and professional

Very attentive and I am happy I can remain in the study with Dr. Heros.

My experience has been above and beyond. The entire staff works hard to insure my comfort. Plus Dr Heros truly is my hero. He’s awesome

Dr. Heros and his staff are all wonderful. I was treated with much respect and dignity. I felt listened to, heard, and seen (which was so refreshing). My needs were met in a timely manner and I am already feeling better. It has been a long time since I could envision a less painful future. Thank you all. Dr Heros lived up to his name. For those of you considering a Neurostimulator for pain control, I went with the one from Abbott. I just completed my 1 week trial and I had 85% + pain relief. It was like a miracle. Now waiting for insurance approval for the permanent one. Dr. Heros and his staff are all wonderful. I was treated with much respect and dignity. Dr Heros, is Very detailed and thorough! His certificate accomplishments on the wall are pretty impressive as well! Great experiences he had! But my personal experience meeting with him the first time, sums it up! He’s very personable as well! I walked out, with confidence that my chronic pain will have solutions! Dr. Heros and his staff are always professional, courteous, empathetic and helpful. If there is a difficulty which is not within their purview, they make every effort to promptly assist you in finding the appropriate resource.

It was apppropriate follow up appointment to see my improvement after my Epidural Injection. Dr. Heros spends time with me. Very easy appointment.

I love dr. heros. He’s a great doctor who is competent and friendly! He has a great attitude and his staff is amazing to work with.

My visit was unhurried, a real treat, I was able to explain my fears and concerns. I was treated respectfully, and felt like I was understood. I got clear explanation of the procedure and expectation of relief.

Dr. Heros is easy to talk to. He explains things simply and understandably. Most impressive is that he seemed to hit the right spots with treatments and relieve 90% of my back pain. Thank you, Dr. Heros.

Doctor Heros did a great job explaining to me my options for paint management. His office was quick to get a pre-auth from my insurance company for a MRI. Everyone has been great to work with.
