My daughter’s treatment consisted of an expander and 2 phases of Invisalign so it took a while but it was worth it! She was able to use the Pryor location mostly so that helped with the drive. Dr Herman and his staff were also friendly & helpful, the office has a very laid back vibe so that’s nice. Miracles were worked on her smile!

It was great and I love the way my teeth came out. The experience of having braces was a great and stressful at the same time but I did enjoy it. The orthodontist people were very helpful and supportive to me and obviously everybody else.

Was a very long journey to get these braces off, but had an amazing experience. Staff was very polite and helpful. Dr. Herman himself was also very excited for my teeth journey. Very exciting place ! Would definitely recommend to get your braces here !

Dr Herman is great! My entire family has done either braces or Invisalign with Dr Herman and our teeth have turned out great! All of the staff are super nice and professional as well. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with our daughters results following treatment with Superior Care Orthodontics. Dr. Herman and his entire staff are professional, friendly, and go out of their way for their patients. I appreciate how detailed Dr. Herman is and how he made sure our daughters smile was perfect! They gave detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do and for proper cleaning techniques which made the process successful.

My fiancee brought her daughter to Superior Care today. She came away less than impressed. They charged her to fix a bracket even though her bracket broke the day after tightening them up. She does not recommend anyone use this clinic.

Everyone here took care of me really well and I appreciate it! Dr. Herman was a little rough on removing my braces and polishing and stuff but it was a relief to have them off. I’m super grateful to everyone who helped me throughout my 3 (I think) years of braces.

I'm so glad I did not have my daughters braces put on here it was a blessing THAT YOU REFUSED TO SEND ANYTHING TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY! Which I spoke with them several times they told me she would be approved because she had an impacted canine tooth. They sure sent them the bill for her consultation but was told they had a contract with soonercare and did not HAVE to send them because she didn't hit there point system! EI told them I have spoke with them several times and yes she would be covered. They said get a 2nd option we don't have to send them anything! From all your bad reviews it was a blessing I took her to Wyatt was approved in 3 days for full orthodontist treatment! They are very rude and as far as I'm concerned a very crooked business no telling how many patients they have LIED TOO ABOUT COVERAGE BEWARE! Just want to start off, very friendly and nice staff never had a problem with the way i was treated. Im just very confused on my retainer situation. Paid $5,500 cash payments for braces and the extra $500 was for the retainers that last 5-8 years. I was told the retainers i was paying for were permanent behind the teeth until it comes out on its own. But when i finished my treatment i was fitted for the plastic retainers. The week after i got my braces off my teeth had already shifted back to how they were before while i was waiting to get my retainers. Even followed as instructed with wearing the retainers. They never went back straight. I wish i couldve got the retainers i paid for. But on the dental side. When i was getting my expanders off the lady chipped my tooth causing me to have to wait til i got a cavity to get it filled… Just want to start off, very friendly and nice staff never had a problem with the way i was treated. I have not had the best experience at this office. Honestly the worst ever. I began my journey in late fall/early winter of 2020 to transfer care after moving from Texas. Going in, I was persuaded into getting Invisalign because that’s what “Dr. Herman specializes in” & was cheapest. Although I didn’t prefer Invisalign & still had to finance through them to pay an expensive cost of treatment anyway, I accepted. I was told I have 9 months of treatment once my trays come in. I officially began treatment in February of 2021 & had regular appointments to check in on the progress of treatment. In August I went in for another appointment expecting to get attachments for my upcoming bands as told from the month before. However I was told “you’re all done!” & that I would get fitted for my retainers. I was confused because not only did I expect my attachments…. We were no near 9 months. I have never had Invisalign & only had came to them with traditional braces so I was not familiar with this process in particular. After all these are the “professionals.” Got my retainers on August 13th & was not scheduled for another appointment until February to check on the retainers. February 2022 came along and I had prepared my concerns and list of things I noticed that did not change throughout my 6 month treatment. This is when it got absolutely WORSE!! On February 7th I walked in, didn’t even go to an exam chair to check on the retainers but instead was ushered into an office. Was asked how my retainers are working sand I shared that some of main concerns with my teeth were not cared for. I’m also expressed how I was told my treatment would be 9 months and was only treated for 6. The woman I talked with literally told me I was lying and continued on to tell me that my treatment as done as directed by Dr. Herman. She proceeds to pull up my chart and ask for someone else to join us. The young lady who joined us was a lot more patient and respectful of my situation and in her tone. I asked to speak with Dr. Herman and was told that I would have schedule and pay for a consultation to speak with him (by the rude woman). I had no problem with doing such an absurd thing but since this was the only way to speak to the orthodontist himself, I asked to schedule. As I began literally walking out the office, a hygienist ran after me calling my name and apologized for the mix up as she reviewed my chart and also saw that I was only treated for 6 months and not 9 to fully take care of all my concerns with my bite and teeth. I wish this was a fabrication of our encounter but it indeed was not. I received an xray and such for a new set of trays and scheduled a month out to get the new trays. All at this “check up appointment”. Yes the same appointment. I have not had the best experience at this office. Honestly the worst ever.
