Dr Heck and his team are the most caring and thoughtful group. They are super responsive, paid attention to every detail and made me feel prioritized at all times. I cant speak Highly enough about them and I would recommend them to anyone! If you are considering anything in this realm - please go see Dr Heck and CAPS!

Dr. Heck is awesome. Does a great job and very thorough. I get Botox every three months and I’ve always been very pleased with the results. Also has a very nice staff and always accommodating

This doctor Is absolutely amazing. Very respectful and you can tell that he cares about every patient. I would recommend him above and beyond any other cosmetic doctor

Breast augmentation- His personality is likable but I question his expertise in this procedure as I’m still having complications 3 yrs after the procedure. He was not honest about the complexity of this procedure and possible complications. My issues include chronic pain in my right pec muscle, slipping rib syndrome that was very painful the first few months after surgery, loss of nipple sensitivity (he did say this would not happen) so there was nerve damage, nipples just hurt all the time, he’s not good at controlling scars, mine are obvious. Was in a lot of pain after the procedure on the right side.

1 star is a little generous for a snow happy creep.

My experience was not good at all I have scars that are everywhere on the side of my eyes and was told my surgery would last 10 years no it didn’t and dr heck knows he messed up because he tried to fix it with a second surgery.

Dr Heck is not only an excellent surgeon, he is also a great doctor, who listens to his patient. I came to him for a second opinion, after months of pain and 3 consults with another surgeon. He confidently proposed a surgical approach, and addressed all my concerns patiently. His team was very supportive during the planning stages, answering any questions I had the weeks before and after surgery. The surgery itself went smoothly, the facility provides a high level of patient care, and I felt in excellent hands throughout this process. For an unknown reason, I developed what looked like breast. As a man, I felt discussed in myself, I went in for male breast reduction. Dr. Heck assured me that my chest would look great and scheduled me for liposuction. After the procedure, I noticed that there was no significant reduction. Dr. Heck then told me that surgeons can’t remove breast tissue, all he could remove was fat and there wasn’t much fat. Basically, I spent about $4K on seemingly empty verbal promises by Dr. Heck. Over a year after and reading about Gynecomastia online, I received a second opinion from another surgeon. This doctor had no problem removing the breast tissue, and made no verbal promises. He spoke frankly and seemed professional compared to Dr. Heck’s empty verbal promises. I can finally take my shirt off and feel comfortable in the mirror. I don’t know why a man would suddenly develop breast tissue, but it did a number on my self-esteem and Dr. Heck seemed eager to take my cash for little results.

I have been receiving Botox from Dr. Heck for numerous years and I'm so happy I do this. I get injections in my forehead and to either side of my eyes. It took about three days for the product to fully settle in. Dr. Heck and his staff are very personable, friendly, quick and did a perfect job. Breast Reduction-Dr. Heck and his team were amazing. From the first initial consultation, in which Dr.Heck made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision to proceed with the process, to the assistance given by his team while getting things lined up for surgery, and all follow up visits after surgery, I experienced nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and professional treatment and care. He is outstanding. He is taking care of my skin cancer lesions and advising me on how to improve and get my skin in a healthier place. His office was amazing and staff so kind. Highly Recommend.

Dr. Heck did reconstruction of breasts after double mastectomy. First surgery had bad results, very uneven, then revision surgery again bad results. No compassion, just said results would "look terrible" for up to 6 months (first time I'd heard that) When I needed a second revision, he informed me he was dropping my insurance, so handed me off to their new Dr. (who happens to be wonderful!) I feel like Dr. Heck only cares about cosmetic patients, with whom he probably makes much more $$$.

I dos several consults with other surgeons in the area and dr heck was beyond amazing! He made me feel comfortable , he was honest and he did an outstanding job on my surgery! I am 100 percent satisfied with the outcome.

CAPS is a beautiful, clean office with an amazing reputation. I have been seeing Dr Heck for 5+ years. Every time I enter the office, I am greeted by his polite staff who makes me feel at ease. Dr Heck is very knowledgable and is always up to date with the latest advances in technology. I went in for a cool Sculting procedure and was thrilled with the results!! I liked the fact that it was non surgical, no downtime and no medical restrictions. I was working out the next day with no pain!!

I never thought I would do surgery and was nervous to have any kind of procedure. I heard about Dr. Heck from my family and decided to get a consultation. I am so happy that I did. He made me feel comfortable and understood I wanted a natural, improved version of myself without being over done. I was prepared well for the procedure and recovery went very smooth. I am 6 years out from surgery and still trust him with my cosmetic needs including skin care & botox. I highly recommend.

I would recommend Dr. Heck not only for his skill, but his bedside manner and staff are amazing. Never felt uncomfortable or intimidated at all. My experience was easier and less stressful than I could have ever imagined it to be. He is the only PS I would recommend or let do procedures on me. Just an all around great experience.

Wanted to share my experience with this practice and with my Coolsclupting procedure. The office itself is very clean and well kept. Jen Heck was very patient, making sure to explain each step in the process and answered all my questions before proceeding. The procedure it self was more uncomfortable than painful, it's just an unusual sensation you will need a couple of minutes to adjust to. I have received Botox from Dr. Heck for several years now and only trust him for my cosmetic needs. He's a board certified Plastic Surgeon who is trained, honest, and talented. I have had many clients and co-workers who have mistakenly trusted doctors who aren't real plastic surgeons and regret it. He always encourages me to do just enough to look my best and to not overdo it. I would and do recommend him to all my clients and friends.

I was a first-time Botox patient (or any cosmetic procedure for that matter), so I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Heck and the CAPS staff were professional, friendly, informative and produced excellent results. I'm so pleased with the practice that I've done the CoolSculpting procedure with Jennifer Heck. It's too early for results, but certainly the same kindness and professionalism.

my 1st visit was in 2002 for a breast reduction. after years of being un -happy how i looked in a bathing suit etc. i decided to go for it. best decision of my life. all these years later i am still happy with my results and would highly recommend going to dr. heck for this procedure. i recently came back to his office for the cool sculpting that i had been hearing about. i also had that procedure done at the office by his wife who is a nurse and i a 100% happy again. thanks to both of you.

I had wanted a full TT and liposuction for years and finally decided to move forward after meeting Dr. Heck. I felt so comfortable with his expertise, friends who have had surgery with him and his excellent before and after photos. I am 3 months out and only wish I had done it sooner.

Had an augmentation done by Dr.Heck. Not only is his bedside manner fantastic but he is an artist. Also had literally no pain following my procedure. I think I took 1 pain pill and was completely back to normal within 2 days.
