Went in today on a referral from my PCP for carpal tunnel syndrome. Checked in at 2:30pm to do paperwork and then wait for a 2:50pm appointment. Was placed in a room at 3:50pm. By 4:20pm I had had enough. At no time did any staff tell me the doctor was running late or give me an idea of when he would see me. The acted surprised as I was leaving the office and suggested they have him call me when he is available. The just said "sorry" and "Things happen". No refund of my copay. I will have to call the billing department. No offer to reschedule. NO COMMON COURTESY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Front office and medical assistant staff, sadly, needs training in basic courtesy. No idea if the doctor is good or not as I never saw him. Will find another doctor, perhaps in Boise.

several years ago I had a very swollen leg from my knee bursa being VERY overactive producing way too much fluid. Dr. Hanson said "you're going into the hospital right away". He performed the surgery flawlessly and I never had any pain and today several years later my knee is still like new at 64 without a burst which he removed. I NEEDED to go in right away. So thankful.

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr Hansen today 5/13/2020 I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing Orthopedic Care I loved him ? he is very friendly and I received great service from the whole staff

Dr. Hansen repaired a torn distol bicep/tendon I tore. He was extremely professional, listened to my concerns, and fixed me right up-good as new! He never acted like he was hurried during my office visits. I highly recommend Dr. Hansen .

Dr. Hansen is by far the best doctor I have met since moving here 6 years ago. He is professional, compassionate, explains everything, answers questions, LISTENS to his patients, has a great "bedside" manner and no God complex. In fact, I need to have carpal tunnel surgery on my other hand and I definitely will have him perform the procedure. He's awesome.

Casts off patients in pain for two years and just says there's nothing there. The issue is quite obvious when it shows through the skin. Doesn't even have the decency to personally explain.

Dr. Hansen not only presents himself as a confident professional but also in a warm and inviting manner. Dr. Hansen has phenomenal skills! I absolutely think he's one of the rare Physicians who has the entire package to offer in our community. I'd recommend him to anyone with orthopedic needs of the hands, elbows, shoulders and whatever other tremendous and countless skills he has to offer! I'm truly so grateful for him, he's absolutely at the top in his area of expertise! He's perfect! :)

I highly recommend Dr. Hansen, he performed the 3rd surgery on my right wrist, and I 100% believe that if Dr. Hansen had performed my first surgery, I would have never had three surgeries. I had my third surgery in April 2016, my wrist was been more functional and hurt less a short two weeks after surgery then it had since before I originally hurt myself in 2007. It was a VERY difficult decision for me to go ahead with a third surgery, but I am so grateful I did!
