Dr. Robert Warren Haight

Dr. Haight has been my primary care doctor for the last several years. He is very personable, compassionate, thorough, and patiently answers my questions. He refers me to specialists as needed. I feel very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, friendly, and funny doctor and would highly recommend him as a primary provider.

Dr. Haight was amazing! He is very personable and has a very positive mentality. I went in to get my Nexplanon removed and he was able to remove it with ease and patience. He was also able to get me set up for a my flu shot in the same appointment and told me information on when and where I can get my COVID19 booster. Highly recommend!

Dr Haight listened carefully and asked many questions that were relevant to my issues.

Dr. Haight is a good conveyer of results and information. He is receptive to conversation and he keeps it real and true.

Dr. Haight is an excellent doctor. He really takes the time to get to know you and the problems going on. He ensures that if a referral is needed that it gets sent right away. He makes sure you know you're being taken care of and that your concerns are heard! I definitely recommend him as a provider! He's very respectful and is able to relate to you. I enjoy the fact that he is so personable with me and appreciate his bed side manner. Thank you Dr. Haight for all you do!

Dr. Haight is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is fun to talk with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches, I highly recommend him!

Friendly and easy to speak to. Very Competent

Dr. Haight was the doctor on duty at the Urgent Care facility I visited. I found him thorough, professional and friendly. I was referred to a specialist for further evaluation, and I was able to work with both facilities to get my condition addressed and into Day Surgery at Bartlet Hospital within a short amount of time. I work as a seasonal cruise ship employee and only had a very short amount of time to get my health situation taken care of to get back on my boat.

Do your research. There are much better doctors than Dr. Haight in Juneau. His staff is incompetent and his bedside manner is terrible, which wouldn't be so bad if I felt confident in his abilities as a doctor.

Dr. Haight's staff is VERY poorly trained and unprofessional. After I forgot and missed only one appointment (in approx 20) due to a neurological syndrome that affects my memory, I was told by his staff that they would 'not let me' see Dr. Haight until I paid my bill in full, which is a reasonable policy, but NOT a reasonable way to put it. They were very condescending and rude, and then hung up on me despite the fact that I was very patient and kind toward them no matter what they said or how they said it. Dr. Haight sided with his staff in this matter.Later, I after speaking to several friends and coworkers, I discovered that I was not alone in this experience. Several of my friends and coworkers had similar experiences, including one that was shouted at by his staff in the waiting room in front of other patients. I'm just shocked.Furthermore, Dr. Haight spent all the time we had together writing everything I said almost word for word by hand, which was very time consuming and left very little time for me to get his actual opinion or feedback. Wish I had asked around a bit more and done more research before going to see this doctor.

Lacking in people skills. He spent each visit furiously writing down everything I said, rather than talking & interacting me with me. Truly dreadful office staff. Ranging from several bill & appt screw-ups to outright rudeness. After I found a new doc, I realized that two co-workers, as well as a family friend had all had similar experiences. Wish I'd asked around a bit more.
