Office is closed over the weekend and every other Friday with no answering service or after hours care. We have repeated had trouble getting a prescription filled because of rigid government restrictions and office staff not getting the paperwork right. They also rearranged appointments without notifying us.

I have had 3 surgeries with Dr Haber. They are the friendliest, kindest group of professionals I have had the privilege to be a patient of. Their commitment to success is next to none. I have, unfortunately, been to a lot of dermatologists and Dr Haber is by far the best. I feel completely comfortable with his diagnosis and how he addresses anything he finds. He is highly skilled with a knife. I scar extremely easily, and through numerous procedures he has kept that to an absolute minimum.

Went in for cyst removal. Had to make another appointment to get it removed. Than had to come back to get stitches removed. Had to pay a copay everytime. Why couldn't it be done on day 1. Also stich removal is post op and you shouldn't be charged. Money hungry.

Dr. Haber and his staff are very welcoming and care about their patients. I had a great experience with both, Taylor Hanzs (CNP) and Dr. Haber. They are very knowledgeable and make sure there is a plan in place for your treatment. I recommend Haber Dermatology for all hair and skin needs.

This review is in regards to the handling of my appointment post appointment, rather than the appointment itself. I had an appointment in probably March of last year and was sent to Quest for some blood work. A code was incorrectly sent to Quest, and i subsequently received a bill for $1800 because "my insurance didn't cover it." I called the Haber office and explained what was going on, and was assured it would be taken care of. two weeks went by, nothing. As covid had just started, i tried to be patient. Called back a few weeks later, was told they were aware of the issue and that a code was inputted incorrectly, and they were working on it... again no update. Received a notice that it was going to collections- Still, trying to be patient- i called again and had a really nice conversation with the lady who answered the phone. She was apologetic and seemed genuinely intent on helping me fix the issue, and assured me she would have the office manager call me back. Still no call. Still no resolution. I have since left probably 5 voicemails, and i am still receiving a bill from a collection agency. I've left voicemails letting them know I was still getting the bills, and they cant even be bothered to call me back. Regardless of the impact on my credit, $1800 is not an insignificant amount of money that I'm now being forced to pay for a bill because helping me get their mistake fixed is not a priority. I have cystic hormonal acne and went to see dr.haber in hopes to clear my skin. The moment I walked in he said I'd be an accutane patient because of the severity of my acne but decided to first start me off with spironolactone and doxycycline. After a month I checked in with him again and the results weren't fast enough so we spoke about accutane. Mind you I knew and did all my research about this sick drug but I was amused as to all he said was dry skin lips and eyes would be the only issue. If you know accutane and the reality of it, that's not entirely the full truth of the side effects. So as desperate as I was I decided to go forward with the Ipledge and get a copper IUD that wasn't hormonal because a form of birth control was required to get prescribed accutane. 2 months in the side effects completely consumed my well being. Along with dry skin I had irritable bowel syndrome and bleeding down there. But what truly destroyed me was my mental wellness. I became super depressed and anxious, getting panic attacks at the last 5 times a day. Insomnia and suicidal thoughts. In May one morning in tears I called the office and said "I cant do this anymore. I want clear skin but I am completely broken mentally and physically." And explained the hellish symptoms I experienced. So I stopped taking it and my follow up appointment I was in tears and told them I want clear skin but I also want to be happy and back to my normal self. Dr.haber was cold and seemed uncaring. He made me feel like it was helpless and there was no other route to take for my acne. He said we can try a topical cream but those arent curing the root of my hormonal issues. Needless to say I never got the topical creams sent to my local pharmacy and exactly a year later they have never reached out to me to follow up on anything. I still have hormonal acne and I still have my self esteem issues consuming me daily. Dr.haber was my first dermatologist I went to and after that experience I felt like theyll all be the same. If anyone knows a dermatologists who ACTUALLY cares about their patients and solve the ROOT problems of hormonal acne please help me out. Dont waste your time going to that office. After my 3 year old son started to complain about pain on the bottom of his foot, I decided to have him see Dr. Haber to have it evaluated. I worried my son may have stepped on a tiny piece of glass but wasn’t sure (he definitely had a cut). Dr. Haber first listened to my son and I. He evaluated the cut carefully. He was calming and very informative on what the next best steps would be. He took the TIME to connect with my son and to make sure both of us were comfortable. In the end, it was glass and I’m grateful for the thorough care he received. I’ve seen several dermatologist over the past 18 years and none of them can compare to Dr. Haber and his kind staff. I had a few areas of concern on my skin that needed addressed. I called to make an appointment (very nice on the phone). The day of the appointment I was checked in by the staff with all the covid precautions. The staff was fantastic and very professional. Then I met Dr Haber. He put me at ease. Very knowledgeable. I have had several moles removed and Dr. Haber does a great job. Not only is it painless, but I have little to no scarring. In addition he quickly and correctly diagnosed a skin condition that I had two other doctors misdiagnose. He is always very professional, kind and the only Dermatologist I will see. Had a biopsy done here and it was like pulling teeth to be finally told it was “nothing.” Fast forward a few months, I go get a second opinion, turns out it’s skin cancer (like I thought). Keep this in mind, look elsewhere.

Dr. Haber "turned back time" with excellent lip augmentation! I was initially afraid of getting lip fillers of any kind, but a friend used Dr. Haber with excellent results, so I thought I'd give it a try. He was reassuring, and told me with confidence that he could help soften my vertical lip lines and restore some of the lost volume in my lips while still keeping my look natural. Mission Accomplished! I am very pleased with the results, and will continue to go to him for anything else I need. The worst experience I've ever had at a physicians office. Dr. Harber has the bedside manner of a slug. I'd give this practice a zero if I could. And I waited an hour as a bonus. Never again.

Money HUNGRY, not looking to help those victimized with skin troubles ... they're looking to get rich off of us. With-out insurance the cost is $75.00/ treatment however, with insurance the cost is doubled $187.20 which doubles your co-pay ... when I brought this to their attention I was told well you could pay the $75.00. How does it make sense for me to allow them to over charge because I have insurance when I still pay an almost $500.00 dollar a month premium. If I could give them less stars I would, Laura was very unprofessional ... she got mad and hung up on me when I began to question her about pricing. I'm reporting this to my insurance carrier and XTRAC the makers of the machine for this treatment. Be advised that if any sort of procedure is needed on the day of your appt you will be billed on the spot. My poor daughter was treated poorly by the office staff and forced to pay $300 today after having a couple of moles removed. Normal doctors send a bill and charge for the copay. My daughter did not expect or have that much money with her so she had to call and get credit card information from family. The whole experience made her pretty upset and embarrassed. Summary- DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!! He is a sales man- who makes you feel bad about your askin and doesn’t tell you about procedures before doing them, not to mention his bedside manners are awful!!! Read more detail below: I just went to Dr. Haber for my first Dermatology appointment ever. The office and wait time were normal. As I was filling out paper work, I asked how much just a first time check up would be. The desk assistant replied in short, “no more than $90 unless you get a procedure. You will talk with him before he does any procedures.” I was hesitant about this because often times doctors do things all the time to increase their bill to you. Once I was in the check up room Dr. Haber didn’t introduce him self, but quickly looked over my body with a bright light with an assistant next to him. He told me I had a few pre-cancer skin cells very close to my right eyebrow. He then started to sell me on ways to turn back the clock on my old aging skin ( I’m 36). Then asked for me to flip over to check my back. Finally, he asked me to flip over one last time so my face was up in front of the bright light which was blinding. Without any explanation or warning he sprayed my eyebrow with liquid nitrogen which stung - I flinched and he then said " Stay still, this will sting a bit." I was very taken off guard by this sudden procedure. As I am lying completely naked under a thin paper sheet. He quickly left and his assistant said, "your forehead will peel and be red for the next week." Christmas is this coming week! I would have never had that done right before family seeing my and holiday photos. I then spoke to the same redhead front desk assistant and said he did a procedure with out asking. She of course defended him saying it was my job to tell him not to do a procedure. I didn't even know what he was doing until after!! It felt so rude and violating. I got charged $145.00 for the 10 minute doctor visit. I won't be going back. Better communication about procedures and cost before they occur would be appreciated! I've been going here for a year or so... Every single time I've gone in...they have no idea why I'm there. Today I went in for a cyst removal...asked why I'm there when I get there...shouldn't that be noted somewhere?! They don't write down what prescriptions/dosage they are prescribing to you...I've had to tell them the dosage I'm on (something Haber prescribed) multiple times. Good luck getting them to actually call in anything they promise during the office visit too. I called no less than 10 times for one prescription once..it STILL didn't get called in. I eventually gave up on it. The front desk is the rudest bunch of girls I've ever encountered. Avoid this office at all costs. I'll be looking for a new dermatologist, what a joke! Dr. Haber is an outstanding hair restoration specialist! His technical skill and artistic talent remediated a poorly executed, grossly asymmetrical hair graft from last year. Dr. Haber created a natural looking hairline appropriate to my age and facial features. I experienced absolutely NO post-procedure pain OR swelling as I had with my previous procedure. I am more than satisfied with the work that Dr. Haber and his team have done. I have been traumatized by previous surgeries that left me scarred, both physically and emotionally. But, Dr. Haber and his team took such good care of me that, now, I fully trust them. I have had 3 procedures with him, and he and his team take the time to, personally, check up on me. Horrible doesn't begin to describe my experience. If I could give less than one star I would. Originally, I went to him because my plastic surgeon recommended him when I asked about hair implants. My entire life I've had the same hairline. He wouldn't listen to any of it, all he wanted to do was sell, sell, sell and make sure he got those kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies. All I wanted was to pay the man for giving me implants in the spots that I want. All he did was prescribe a pill, and told me to use Rogaine for six months then return to him. Aside from all of that he was very aggressive. He pulled my hair, poked at me and made me feel horrible about myself. He said I had hair loss in areas that my hair has always been that pattern. He wouldn't hear any of it. Just to take a pill he prescribed. Then, on a side note points out I have a pimple and rushes another pill to treat that. I've been on acutane three times and had a job interview. Of course you'll have a stress breakout. But no, he just wanted to sell. I felt like I was at a car dealership but with the rudest car dealer ever. I'll go to another surgeon to get the procedure done. He isn't the only one in the area. So, be aware. If you want to leave an office almost in tears and an anxiety attack then go to him. If not, I suggest the Cleveland Clinic or literally anyone else. Not to forget that I went to pick up the prescription, waited over an hour only to find out they never submitted it. When I called the office they were closed. I thought I was going in to see Dr Haber but Instead I saw another lady who was nice but in my opinion rushed me out and didn't really try to understand exactly what the problem was. I came in for hair loss and I told her I stopped flat ironing and using weaves for about 2 months now and my hair is still coming out her only recommendation was for me to stop using weaves stop flat ironing and perming my hair. I've been natural for 4 years now and I just got done explaining to her that I don't use heat or weaves anymore. I felt like she didn't listen and was so in a rush to get me out that she didn't even want to begin to understand my problem.. I was in the office with her for 10 min before the appt was over. I came here because it was close by, I never realized we had a world-renowned hair transplant surgeon in the Beachwood area! I can't express enough gratitude to Dr. Haber and his amazing staff. I love my new hair! I don't have to hide underneath hats. I finally feel comfortable being myself again

I had a cosmetic filler injected into my lips which I was concerned that it may look funny but Dr. Haber's conservative approach resulted in a natural enhancement. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience and will definitely go back!

I have found Haber Dermatology to only be concerned about making money. . I found Dr Haber and his new associate to have little to no bedside manner _they seem to only be concerned with billing your insurance company and you for services not rendered. When you call the office to discuss your bill it can take up to two weeks to hear back from someone. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I just got a hair transplant procedure (strip) and have to say it was a great experience. The staff there is super supportive and professional. Dr. Haber kept me posted through the whole process and even followed up with a personal call after my surgery to make sure I was going OK. I went into this expecting to have a lot of pain and had zero the entire procedure. Really professional staff and someone that I would highly recommend. Dr. Haber and staff are fantastic!
