Doctor Grimshaw accepted me as a new patient several years ago. Everytime I needed an appointment, his office fit me in during a convenient time and day. He and his staff communicate quickly and they care about their patients. He takes the time to learn the patients, their history, their needs, and what treatment works best for the individual. I never feel rushed out of his office and I always feel that I am on the right path to better health under his care. The MyChart app makes setting appointments convenient and reviewing my results easy. I highly recommend Doctor Grimshaw and his staff to anyone looking for a caring and competent primary physician. I've had Dr Grimshaw for quite awhile. He listens to what I tell him what's going on and what problems I'm having with my body. I've had my son go to him also because it's hard to find a doctor who will listen to what the problem is and then try and help.

Staff is very nice, easy to deal with, flexible with scheduling and last minute appointments. Dr. Grimshaw is thorough, knowledgeable and always makes you feel like you are his only patient. He listens to what you are saying before making a diagnosis. My family and I trust him and plan on staying with him for many years!

I have been a patient of Dr Grimshaw for several years. I am very satisfied with his care. He listens carefully, asks pertinent questions, orders tests and referrals whenever necessary. I never feel rushed when I am in his office. Dr. Grimshaw seems extremely knowledgeable and has excellent rapport with his patients.

Great doctor

Dr. Grimshaw is the best. He is personable, kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He takes his time to listen and understand. He does a great job explaining the how’s and why’s. He never makes you feel as though he’s in a rush.

Dr. Hutchins is my Family's doctor and hes great with kids! I have 4 kids, ages 1-10 and they all are comfortable with him. Hes very thorough when my kids have their yearly check up, which I love because I know hes not just pushing through or skipping steps just to get to the next patient. I'm only rating 4 star just because this office doesn't do in office immunizations/shots, and I'm required to drive to a nearby clinic. My experience with Dr.Grimshaw a few years back was quite awful. He had told me that “it’s all in the head” referring to my chronic body pain and the migraines and then had the audacity to recommend therapy. I have been a patient of Dr Grimshaw for years. He is a great doctor. He is very caring and always gives me enough time. You never have to wait in his office.

My mother recently moved in with me, I needed a list of the medications so I knew what she was missing. This was our second call first time they just didn't bother to return our call at all. This time they refused to bother with it and transferred me to their voicemail. Was forced to find a new doctor. Called trying to get an appointment set up for this week. I explained to treyvon, the appointment guy, that I work until 3, so there for I can't make it until 3:45. He told me they're closed and that he could do 3:30 but I have to be 15 minutes early cause if I'm not there at 3:30 they're leaving... I once again explained that I can't do that. Best doctor ever

Awful, they let my mother run out of her medication cuz they couldn't be bothered.

Absolutely disgusted with this office. I have had multiple issues with this office and Dr Grimshaw including my 15 month old daughter running a fever, being told she doesn't have strep even though I told them she was exposed to it (dr Grimshaw didn't swab her throat he just glanced at it for a half a second and said it wasn't red and she'd be fine), being pressured into letting them give her a vaccine with a fever even though I requested to come back in a week or two when she was well, and this caused her to have an adverse reaction to the vaccine, spike a fever of almost 106, take a trip to the ER , where they DIAGNOSED HER WITH STREP! Things that could have been avoided if they would have listened to their patients mother! And currently my husband has been sick with the flu for 6 days. I called their office on Saturday to try and get advice from the on call doc where we should go because urgent care doesn't swab for the flu but we didn't want to go to the er. The woman who took the call was rude, cut me off, and said she would have the doctor call and no one ever did. My husband ended up going to urgent care and the doc told him if he wasn't any better to follow up with his pcp in a few days. Fast forward to today and he is still sick. I called Grimshaws office this morning before 9 to see if it was possible to get him in today or tomorrow morning because he has still been running a fever. The front desk said they were booked but that she would talk to the doctor and then call back with instructions ... which of course, no one has called back! I think most (not all) the front desk people are rude, and from our families experience Dr Grimshaw is not an advocate for his patients health. If you want an office where you feel like your doctor listens to you and is competent to treat your condition or the condition of your family ... I implore you to look elsewhere!!!!!! 100 percent thorough, thought I had a heart issue and made sure by all means that issue was addressed .. Also takes phenomenal care of my wife and family..... Love them!!!! 50 stars!!!!

Dr. Grimshaw is a great doctor! He is an old fashioned small town doctor. He is kind, caring, knowledgeable and funny.

He’s been my doctor for a couple of years now and I’ve had to go to him for some issues as I get older. He’s professional, but he also has a sense of humor. Good doctor.

Dr Grimshaw is one of the best doctors you will find, He actually cares and will take the time to explain things, I have been a going to him for 15 yrs, I followed him from Vassar to Birch Run, and have never thought twice about anything he has said or done.

I have been seeing Dr. Grimshaw since 2010, right after I moved to Michigan. I started seeing him in Vassar and followed him to Birch Run. He is a great Dr. He isn't afraid to scold you when you don't follow your treatment. But at the same time, you know he cares.

I work alot of hr and i was let go because i could make a appointment. Said thing is he a great doctor when he was in a small town.

My family has seen Dr. Grimshaw for years. We seen him when we lived Millington. We moved to Bridgeport and changed doctors because it kind of far going Vassar when needed to get seen. When I found out he was in Birch Run we switched back to him. Dr. Grimshaw is a great doctor. He really listens you and is very caring. It very obvious that he loves his job. I would and have recommended him family and friends.

I have been going to him for 10 yrs and he has always been great , he loves his work and is really good at it.

Great doctor and staff. Have been going there for a couple years now. Dr Grimshaw is one of those doctors from a long time ago that actually spends time with you and explains things. My family couldn't ask for a better doctor than him.

My family have been patients of his for about three years now and he has been a great doctor. As the other reviewer states you do get the feeling he genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to check you over and asks you questions about how your feeling. His love of what he does definitely shows through his actions and the way he treats you. The Riggs family would recommend Dr Grimshaw to anyone looking for a great, caring family practitioner.

Dr. Grimshaw is one of a very few Doctors whom we have found to actually care about our health, we found him to be very knowlegable in all areas of health, all are not, he explained in detail his reasoning for care, we did not feel rushed nor like another chi-ching for a new patient, I would & have suggested him to others. I find his candor refreshing, he is not a pill pusher so if that's what you want he wouldn't be a good choice. His recepitonist is not so friendly, the nurse is very nice.
