Staff is very unfriendly and rude. Wasn't greeted upon entering. Was 3 of us in office watching tv, lady came out of office and changed channel without asking if anyone was watching what was on or what we might like to watch. Not the first time I have experienced this rudeness. Also, Dr didn't speak to me about minor child that was seen. This child is 13! Would think Dr would have something to say to me.
