I had a fractional laser procedure done on my face by Dr Gray. He did a fabulous job and I am very pleased with the results. My skin looks so lovely. Its smooth and fresh. Not the most pleasant procedure but so worth it!!

Love this place! Shiva Seyedabadi R.N., does such a great job with Botox, Fillers, etc..She is s true artist. Her respect for the person, attention to detail, her passion for her job, are all things that keep me coming back to her.

I can already see great skin tightening results with just one treatment of micro-needling RFID. Looking forward to two more sessions for the best results. Such a great SPA!!!!!

Dr. Gray is a wonderful doctor who really listens to you. He sits down and doesn't have his hand on the doorknob waiting to leave. Corina and Diana were absolutely wonderful to work with. I felt right at ease from the 1st phone call with Diana at the front desk through to the consultation with Corina and getting me in the next day for treatment. Would definitely recommend - I was there for 3.5 hours for treatment, by my choice to get as much done on a Saturday as possible. Corina was awesome through the whole process. Front desk was good no doubt. But procedures were very expensive and consultation wasn’t pleasing. no information was shared or more information was requested. It’s was like I can plaster the upper surface u can still rot from inside . Believe me there are better doctors and procedures.

My visit was great! The staff was very courteous and professional. They have a beautiful waiting area that offers snacks and drinks. Dr. Gray was extremely nice and very informative. I will continue to go back for my Botox needs and future procedures.

Awesome experience! Dr. Gray is so kind and helpful. I’ve had a mole inbetween my eyebrows ever since I was little and wanted to get it removed. Dr. Gray made this experience very exciting for me, telling me how great it is going to look after. Just got the stitches out and he did a wonderful job! Thank you Dr. Gray!!

My husband and I recently got fillers to correct our under eyes. Dr. Gray was very informative and really explained procedure in depth. He took the time to tell us exactly what we needed and what his thoughts were based on each one of our under eye. We had our consultation and we were on board to get the fillers. I have been going to Dr. Gray for over 10 years and he Is amazing! My Botox and fillers always look so natural, not like some places where your face looks frozen. I see him 3-4 times a year and have never had a bad experience, he is by far the best at what he does. Highly recommend!

I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Dr Gray and his staff for a long time. I do a lot of research into any aesthetic practice before working with them, and I can say with tremendous confidence that MD Laser Spa is the best in the Bay area.... particularly for Coolsculpting.

I had never seriously considered any of the cosmetic treatments, but once I committed to an appointment, I was amazed at how Dr. Gray simplified the procedures and the benefits. He made recommendations during my consultation, and then gave me my injection-right on the spot! I was happy to finally do something about the areas that were bugging me. I got compliments right away, but most important was that I felt better about my appearance. Definitely worth it. Wish I had seen him sooner.

Was curious about Cool Sculpting but also quite apprehensive. As soon as I meet with Sian my worries faded away. She answered every question and put me at ease with both her vast knowledge as well as her warm persona. I've never felt more welcome and relaxed at a medical facility. She's a true professional and a great person to speak with if you're a bit nervous out uncertain.

Extremely pleased with results from my under eye and nasal labial folds fillers. Everyone in Dr Grays office were great. Would highly recommend Dr Gray and loved his whole attitude!

I have had multiple skincare treatments at MD Medspa but never had the opportunity to meet Dr Gray until recently. My husband and I decided that we wanted to look as young as we felt. I was feeling a great deal of anxiety about the procedure but Dr. Gray and Sian eased my fears and worries. Their prices are very reasonable. We have our procedures in a couple of weeks and we can't wait. We will be in great hands! A review will be posted after our procedures.

What a relief! Recently the amazing Sian gave me my first Coolsculting treatment and I can't wait to see the results! Sian is a true professional, not only knowledgeable but extremely sweet and caring. The treatment was super easy. My job was to lay back, relax and enjoy some Netflix. Best spa in town!

Our initial experience with Dr. Gray’s office was that his office didn’t return our call for an appointment for almost a month. When visiting the Dr. Gray comes off as cocky, jerky, and unpleasant person after spending only a few minutes with him. He dished out exasperated sighs and a sarcastic and demeaning tone within minutes of our appointment. He berated me for not applying ointment on my child’s wound. He ran his condescending commentary throughout the visit with not only words but also body language. You don’t have to be in his office long to experience or observe some form of disrespect by him. Jerks don’t make good medicine. We didn’t expect this kind of a behavior from a Sutter Health Doctor given that my husband works for Sutter Health. I noticed Dr. Gray’s poor behavior toward his front desk staff during our first appointment. My husband and I noticed his condescending tone and body language during our second office visit again. We brushed it off because we were more concerned with our baby’s health (she was crying very much). The third office visit, he was not only being harsh to me but forcefully pushed my one and half year old child’s head to the side twice with a firm grip to show me how to hold her. I did mention to him that I was pregnant (6months) and the baby kept slipping due to a big pregnant stomach keeping an infant fastened in my lap in that very unpleasant office chair. Bad behavior is inexcusable and the worst offenders are serial offenders which Dr. Gray was in our case. Creating a culture of respect is not just about feeling good, for its own sake. It’s better for patient care. If you are looking for a courteous, pleasant, and sympathetic doctor, I recommend going elsewhere. I don't think he's there any more. I called his office every day for a week and left a message. No one ever called back. It's been two months. I went elsewhere.

I believe Dr. Gray is the best plastic surgeon in the East Bay. I am 74 years old and 3 months ago I had facelift and upper eyelid surgery. I had hoped for modest improvement due my age, but my expectations were far exceeded. He has taken 8 to 10 years of age off my appearance and the results are so natural no one knows I had plastic surgery. He has a great staff, friendly and helpful with good communication. Follow up care is also excellent. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. His prices are reasonable too. If you want a youthful natural look, I strongly recommend Dr. Gray.
