Dr. Robert J. Grabowski

On my first visit, Dr. G sat down and had a conversation with me about my health concerns while his scribed typed it all in the computerized health record and made referrals. For the first time in years, I felt that my health concerns were heard and validated, upon which extensive testing was recommended and completed that revealed a new diagnosis for which I am now being successfully treated. He is amazing!

Horrible horrible office! So unorganized and super rude! I will be finding a new doctor.

I have been going to Dr Grabowski’s office/practice for over 20 years. The best care anywhere. His communication is the best around. Very sensitive and a great listener. When I have called for refills they’re filled the very next day or so! Personalized service at its best, thank you Dr. G and staff

Doctor Grabowski is worth waiting for. He enjoys helping people and is truly an advocate when needed. It is now 3 years later and I still am giving the same review for Dr. Grabowski. I do have a concern for what happened recently when a staff member came in to do the preliminary checking before he came in to the exam room. I am very discerning and do not complain but want to be treated professionally. The staff member crossed that professional line when asking me questions that I did not answer as she wanted me to. She became emotionally abusive. This practice does not ask for feedback or invite you to let them know when certain interactions are not acceptable. I want to continue seeing Dr. Grabowski because he does understand me after 9 years of relationship building. He is all the best of the best. Since he is part of the Doylestown Hospital Network I can not even receive a phone call back to give him feedback. Thank You. Doctor Grabowski is worth waiting for. Dr. Grabowski has gotten me through a lot over the almost 20 years I have been going to him. He is a great diagnostician, yet is very personable. I cannot thank him enough. Our last visit was via Telehealth, which was fine. Certainly, he can't check everything that he could in person. Yet, if I do have a problem, I know that I can reach him whereby he will call back personally in a short amount of time.

Dr.Grabowski is an excellent internist. He spends as much time as is needed with you and does not end the visit until all of your concerns are dealt with.

If I could give a zero star review I would. You can absolutely never get into the practice for a sick or well visit. The staff is the most uncaring I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their answer is we are busy go to a walk in. I am absolutely stunned at how much they do not care for their patients or if you even are a patient. Take note of all the recent reviews, and the copy/paste generic response to each. Do not transfer here. Lack of accountability and professionalism are a prevailing theme here. Dr. Grabowksi is a great physician. It all goes downhill from there. Month after month, my scripts go unfilled, often days at a time. I've attempted to reach and left messages for the office manager with no call back. We still await my wife's lab results from a month ago after we have followed up multiple times. The few times we speak with staff to inquire on the issues we are met with attitude and a lack of understanding. In any other line of business they would be loosing customers instantly. When will they get their act together? We will both be transfering out of this practice. Good, thorough and caring Dr

Absolutely recommend Dr. Grabowski! He is knowledgable, professional and treats all his patients with respect and dignity. Answers questions fully and will have interactive dialogues regarding treatments. I trust him with our healthcare needs and will continue to do so. Downside is he is so good you have to settle at times for the NP.

I have been patient here for 2 yrs and had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appt. The staff did not communicate with me that the doctor was way behind on seeing clients. Just a very unprofessional experience

If I could leave zero stars I would, I have tried to make appointments here multiple times in the past 6 months and the office staff is completely unhelpful. Instead of trying to be flexible and find an appointment time they just brush you off and try to send you to an urgent care that under my insurance is triple what I would pay at a PCP. If I could give less than one star I would. I had an appointment today at 11. One that took weeks for me to get. It is now 11:56 and I have still yet to see a doctor. As a mother of two with a jammed packed schedule, I can’t afford to lose an hour waiting. The women at the desk are cold and rude. After 45 minutes of waiting, while others came and went, I asked the woman how much longer I could expect to wait. With a huff and an accompanying eye roll she told me she had no idea but could ask if I really wanted her too. I will be finding a new provider as soon as this nightmare visit is over. I have Never in all the years I been going (that would be My gram till her passing, my husband, my son now my dad) none of us ever had an appointment messed up by the staff, the one review below is way off in saying that. My family has been with him since he opened, over the years he grow and took on more people, and it may take a bit longer for him to get back to you but he always does, and you know both him and the staff truly care about you. Dr. Grabowski is by far the best MD. He is extremely thorough, well educated in Medical Arts and has a genuinely caring and empathetic demeanor. I have been a patient for nearly 14 years. Yes, on occasion there is a bit of a wait past your appointment time. I am not at all bothered by this as I know that once I am in the exam room I have his full attention and have never once been rushed. I have waited hours for other doctors only to be given barely 5 minutes of their time. So, know that once it is your turn you will receive his full attention and the best of care. The office staff is friendly, efficient and caring. My favorite nurse, Eve, is a treasure! Dr. Barmack joined the practice and I must say that he is wonderful. On occasion when Dr. Grabowski is without an opening, I do not hesitate to see him. His demeanor and personality is well suited for the practices culture. Dr. Grabowski is one of the finest. His practice is extremely busy but given his talents as a diagnostician it is no wonder. You will wait but are never rushed when you are in the exam room. The desk staff is entirely overloaded so they are doing their best!

He use to be amazing. I have been with him for around ten years, He had me on Xanax for ten years and when I wanted to tamper down he told me to go to a new doctor, when issues came up with that doctor he told me he would not help me and if I needed to go to rehab. How can you put someone on Xanax one of the hardest drugs to get off and then leave them to deal with all the withdraw alone or say go to rehab. (those places are horrible for someone trying to do what I am) I went down from one and

Wait is too long and staff not helpful

I was a long time patient of dr Grabowski’s office. In the beginning I was very happy with the office but sadly as the practice has grown its patient service has declined. Several times my families appointments were made but then the office claimed the appointment was on another day once we arrived at the office(many times after fasting)!!! I highly recommend Dr. Grabowski and his practice. He's an excellent doctor. He's very bright, takes the time to work with you, and stays current with evolutions in family practice. I'm able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and I never need to wait more than a few minutes once I arrive. His staff is also friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I feel so fortunate to have Dr Grabowski as my primary doctor. He is intelligent, caring and a great medical problem solver. He has found the right solutions to not only my health issues but those of my husband, my daughter and her children. If that were not enough to sing his praises, he is one of the few doctors left who always has time to listen to all of my concerns and shows care not only for my physical ailments but to my emotional feelings and concerns. Dr Grabowski is Incredibly knowledgeable, very caring and I never feel rushed in his office. He asks questions, actively listens to responses and talks through personalized health care management. He also has an amazing support staff. The other doctors I went to befor Dr Grabowski were overbooked and they under delivered. Most times I spent over an hour waiting to see my primary. I highly recommend Dr Grabowski.

Rob really cares about his patients. He is not rushed and truly wants to understand how best to provide healthcare. Highly recommended.

He listens and observed you to help diagnose you properly! He is intelligent and he thinks- he does not rely on computer- he uses his own brain! He cares about you as a human being. He treats the elderly with optimism and compassion. He is a true physician who is interested in making you healthy and improving your life. He respects his patients and he is humble. My family moved to this practice after my cancer diagnosis was not made in a timely manner at my previous healthcare provider. Dr. Grabowski is an excellent and very skilled doctor. He has made a huge impact on the care and well being of my wife and I both.

Dr.Grabowski is an exceptionally knowledgeable, caring physician. I take my whole family to him. He is the true definition of "family doc".

Dr Grabowski has been a fantastic fit. He's super down to earth, interactive, knowledgeable, and cares about our concerns. Grateful to have found him.

Dr. Graboski truly care about his patients anfd he takes the time to get to know you. He also treats you with respect and dignity and does not rush you in and out like a lot of other doctors do. I would recomme3nd /Dr. Grabowski to anyone without a second thought.

Excellent doctor, takes time to explain everything to you. Be prepared to wait to see him. Had an issue with a couple prescription call ins.

Wonderful physician. Even my family who refuse to see doctors, go to him. Staff is professional, helpful and dedicated to quality care.

The doctor was great, but I had a terrible time getting my daughter's physical forms (she was the patient), filled out and sent to me in a timely fashion. I also had a hard time obtaining her shot records. The staff was somewhat rude, and not very helpful. It was also hard to find the office using my GPS.
