Very professional and the best ENT doctor in the Milwaukee area.

I know people may have different experienced, but for me it's as easy as walking at the park. Walk in, check in, Dr gogan appear, and earwax disappeared. Walk out, go home. Best experienced I had.

Highly recommend Dr. Gogan. He was wonderful and made me feel at ease.

After 2 years of suffering with loss of balance and dizziness from a head injury and MRI and CT in ER after it happened, I had a lump in my neck and went to see him, he ordered a MRI of my neck and I came in for results which I was told worry about your brain tumor that tripled in size that I was unaware of because it was never spotted on first MRI, a mistake by the radiologist at CSM. I was suffering for 2 years, doung multiple therapies, if it wasn't for Dr. Gogan I would have never gotten it out and am now symptom free. No syphilis...where is my refund? You took 195.00 and no plan of action. No follow up. Still have symptons. What do i do?

My name is dustin and i am 34yrs old. 6mos ago i was diagnosed with eustachian tube dysfunction. I am a self paying patient and finding a doctor by calling around looking for an ear nose and throat doctor that did tubes surgery. Dr. Robert secretary told me he has done tubes in his office before so I requested an appointment to see Dr Robert. I get to dr. Roberts office fill out the paperwork and make it to the examining room when Dr Robert comes in and is summoned out right away for a phone call after a few minutes. About five minutes later he comes back we continue our conversation about my symptoms he listens to my neck with his stethoscope and massages my neck. Then He told me my neck feels and sounds good. I find it funny the dr asked what i did for a living i say HVAC. He asks do i work for a company or myself. I am a business owner. (This is why i was charged so much) Dr. Robert tells me about this ear infection that comes from not treating the STD syphilis as he is walking me out of the examining room up to the secretaries desk. I told him i was tested for syphilis and many othet stds and im negitive on all. Why didnt you look for the issue when i was in your office. I keep trying to talk to him because I have many questions and he finally Slips Away. Now it is starting to register what is going on here. This doctor knows I am self paying and the whole time is telling me how expensive tests are rather than telling me a plan of action. The secretary goes by dr. Robert all I hear is $200 then the secretary comes back tells me I have to pay $195. I mean for what I didn't get no blood test done I didn't get no plan of action we don't have no office visit set for the future he did not test me for syphilis like his ridiculous insulting Theory. Basically with this doctor I would never recommend anybody to especially if you are self paying. I hear stories after stories about how doctors are. The prime example dr. Robert absolutely worthless. Why you're not searching records down and doing what you can to help me just blows my mind and then you run off with $200 of mine I want all of my money back. Your oath is to do no harm. Anne Jamillo was excellent when I had a hearing test and it was determined that I needed hearing aids. That was January 2018. I began to have dizziness and balance issues in early April, but they escalated in May 2018. I went in to see Dr. Gogan. I had another hearing test, but it was virtually the same as January. He asked me to walk a straight line one foot in front of the other. I shook so bad and my knees were weak, I couldn't do it. I questioned if it was Vertigo but did not get that answer. Possibly my eyes. I feel that he should have suggested something to help me but I left his office knowing nothing. I then went straight to a Optometrist to see if my eyes were the problem. I needed a correction, but nothing else. Went to an optimalogist for another opinion. Nothing there either. Ended up in the ER for dizziness. Had an MRI, showed mastoid effusion, fluid in the inner ear. Feel that this have been pursued further at my visit. You can make your own conclusions from there. Absolutely one of the best doctors I have met. He did rhinoplasty and the entire process was so smooth. He is very thorough and absolutely one of the smartest I have know.

Dr. Gogan accurately diagnosed and removed a cancerous submandibular salivary gland about five years ago. Since he is a skilled plastic surgeon, my scar is almost non-existant. Now I will have a second salivary gland removed in a few days. I have no hesitancy in seeking his skills for this surgery.I give Dr. Gogan my highest recommendation. He is first class in all categories

Dr. Gogan is an outstanding healer. He has treated my son for several condition,s including the removal of tonsils, and has never failed to exceed my expectations.
