Checking in was a night mare. Stood there and was ignored for 5 minutes , so I sat down. Finally a representative came out from back and my wife told them we were there. When giving info, phones kept ringing. Very annoying, going back and forth. Should have one person on phones and one doing registration.

Best urologist I ever had

Great, knowledgeable, and friendly doctor.

First time at the new location, everything went smoothly. The staff, as always, was efficient and professional. Dr. Fiorelli is extremely competent and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a new patient.

I was greeted, professionally. Doctor was prompt, answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Gave me results of my test, that I had done at the beginning of the appointment , personally At end, scheduler was pleasantly accommodating the date for my procedure according to my time available. Very fast and smooth running as well as organized.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fiorelli for a number of years and consider him an outstanding urologist.

Great Doctor speaks to you like he is friend not like other doctors could careless about your health

Dr. Fiorelli was very thorough. Took the time to listen and explain details. Visit was on time. Nursing and office staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Fiorelli and his staff are exceptional! They are very professional, but they are also very friendly and polite and make us feel very comfortable. The new office is beautiful too!

Im a Healthcare provider myself and Dr. Fiorelli in my opinion is a tribute to his profession. Hes very thorough and knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner. Upbeat and is very respected by patients and staff. He knows how to treat patients and people. I truly appreciate him and from what I have observed and heard many others do as well. Im lucky to have him directing and providing care for me. Hes unique in this medical profession.

Dr. Fiorelli is the best urologist around! I would never consider going to anyone else . Over the past few months he has taken such great care of my issues and never gave up on me . He is just a genuine guy and truly cares about his patients.

Dr Fiorelli saved my life when I had kidney cancer and sent me to the only surgeon, at that time, who could perform the surgery I needed. He took great care of my for years and when I developed an adrenal gland cancer several years later, he participated in the surgery. And the staff has always been very kind and helpful.

Dr Fiorelli saved my life in 2010 following a traumatic car accident. He's a highly skilled surgeon and performed a seemingly impossible feat the day he reconstructed me. As a result I trust his judgment in the field over anyone else's and would recommend this clinic to anyone without reservation.

receptionist was rude .never even let me book a appointment .ask me why i need to see dr which i think is very unprofessional because why would i want to tell a female receptionist about my problem .. ask her when can i come in as a first timer she mention may .i said ok then when i told her i was a ex semi pro basketball player and had a injury she asked did i have records . i say i moved from fl and she said i can,t come in at all until i show records ..which is strange to me because if im a first timer they would need to do checks anyway ... maybe im trying to get a second opinion anything .. never had i have a problem until i moved to wilkes barre /hope what im hearing is not true about this town because it seems like a nice area receptionist was rude .never even let me book a appointment .ask me why i need to see dr which i think is very unprofessional because why would i want to tell a female receptionist about my problem .. ask her when can i come in as a first … More

This man is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable.. Staff is the same, little bit of a wait, but well worth the visit..
