Dr. Robert Guy Ferland

Did you know patients can be fired? I'll start with I enjoyed meeting Jo Anne Ferland. I never laid eyes on Dr. Ferland. At the end of my first appointment I was scheduled to return on Tuesday, the 7th of December, 2021. When I got there to check in, the girl behind the desk informed me that my appointment had been canceled by ME!!! Never, no way, didn't happen. Debate ensued and I let her know I wasn't leaving till I spoke with someone who had more stroke. She didn't like it. Apparently it was the grounds to fire me as a patient. Read on...So then this Terri person shows up and says all the right things about how customer service should work and that she would get everything in line, setting me another appointment on Thursday morning. Auto system calls and confirms later on that evening. THEN...around 5:30 Terri calls, I return the call, and then Terri calls back around 6:15pm declaring I was being discharged from the practice by Dr. Ferland because of some sort of "other patient's feelings" about the fiasco at the reception window. One of those patients was telling me she had issue before as well. It's my first firing as a patient. So if you would like to trust your healthcare to a practice that may fire you as a patient, you have found the right place.

Dr. Ferland is always so kind and truly listens. As a patient, that is important to me. He makes you feel as if you're the only patient he has to see.

Dr Ferland is what a medical professional is all about. Kind, thorough, caring, extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
