I attended a series of four sessions on Minfulness. He was warm, engaging, and enlightening. He made everyone comfortable. I walked away with far more knowledge and far less stress than I expected. Five stars!

I had attended a mindfulness group that Dr. Farra lead and felt that I got a lot out of it, so I decided to see him one-on-one. When I started to talk to him about the difficulties I was having, he literally laughed at me. I don't care why a person goes in for therapy, to him/her there's a real problem and the last thing he needs is for a therapist to laugh in his face. I definitely wouldn't recommend him to family or friends.
