5 days agoNEW The only positive about seeing Dr. Durst was after the 4th visit I finally had a biopsy done to see what was going on with me. However, even after the biopsy Durst calls to tell me my panels came back clear, and there was no known cause for what was happening to me. Fast forward a week later, and the RECEPTIONIST is the one to tell me that my panels in fact did not come back completely clear, and that there was a name for what was happening to me. Dr. Durst either needs to retire, or learn how to listen to his patients. He was very unprofessional, and didn't seem to understand that he contradicted himself more than he was helpful. Only reason I am even giving 2 stars is because of the biopsy that was finally done that I asked for MONTHS ago, and the RECEPTIONIST who actually told me what was wrong. I do not recommend Dr. Durst. Very unprofessional, rude, doesn't listen to his patients, and too contradictory. Very good Dr and staff. My husband and I appreciate them. I would recommend!

This place is one of the best doctors I've been to. The only reason this place must have negative reviews is because people musta went there to eat out and realized it's a doctors office and not a restaurant

Dr.durst is a great doctor smart and kind and does it right and knows what he is doing AKA i am his grandson to.

DR.DURST HAS BEEN A GOD SENT. I'VE HAD A LG. ULCER ON MY LT. ANKLE SINCE LAST JULY 2020. THE WOUND CLINIC GAVE UP ON ME, AND SENT ME TO DR.PENA-PLASTIC SURGEON. SHE DID SURGERY ON THE ULCER ON CHRISTMAS EVE TO DEBRIDE IT. IT DIDN'T WORK. I THEN WENT TO DR. ROBERT DURST...BINGO!!!. HE HAS BEEN TREATING ME FOR ABT. 6 WEEKS. I AM GROWING NEW SKIN, AND THE EXCRUCIATING PAIN HAS GONE. HE IS SO CARING AND GENTLE. I RECOMMEN HIM WHOLE HEARTEDLY. HE IS FANTASTIC. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF.

I have seen Dr. Durst close to Forty years for various skin issues. He is a tremendous Dr. of his profession. He is extremely knowledgeable about any skin issue. His years of experience speaks for itself. I do not look forward to the day I need to find a different dermatologist. I would highly recommend him for someone that is looking to see a dermatologist, He is a highly trained and an extremely professional Doctor.

Got a bill today from Dr Durst office from 2 years ago. If this is how this place runs, I won't go back. He is good Dr, but that is ridiculous.

Receptionist is incredibly rude, the doctor isn't very well educated and he makes you very uncomfortable.

Called to see if I could get an appointment and the receptionist was very rude. Dr. Durst might be a great doctor, but if my first impression of him is a rude person on the phone, they are not getting my business.

Receptionist was incredibly rude. I called and asked to schedule an appointment and couldn't even finish the phone call before saying I was going to try somewhere else due to how rude she was. Hopefully the office looks at these reviews and sees how many potential patients they are losing due to her lack of manners and respect. I understand you are busy, I'm an ICU nurse I get it, but being hatful and rude is never ok. Receptionist was incredibly rude. Dr. Durst is a caring man who really takes time with his patients to make sure they understand their condition and their treatment. He tries hard to save them money by finding less expensive medications. He has a lot of experience and is a national leader of the dermatology profession.

Dr. Durst is a very experienced and kind doctor with an excellent bedside manner. He's taken good care of me. I would highly recommend him.

I thought that Dr. Durst had a very good way of making me feel comfortable. It was my first time at a Dermatologist. I got in to see the Dr. in about 10 minutes and my problem was taken care of that day which I appreciated. I thought that Dr. Durst did a good job in making me feel comfortable and so did the Nurse. I got in to see them in about 10 minutes and he took care of my problem that day which I really appreciated. I would recommend him if they need to see a Dermatologist.
