Went here on Monday to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. It was quick and fast before I knew it I was getting up. Dr.crooks and his staff are very nice and make you feel at home. He checked on me later that night. Thanks for all you do. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with the whole team for my wisdom teeth removal! Due to insurance reasons I was unable to be put to sleep but I was reassured that I would be taken well care of and it would be pain free. The staff worked with me through my anxiety and was very professional, caring, and accommodating towards me. My procedure was in fact pain free and the doctor even called to check in on me later that night. I had a smooth and pleasant experience in every aspect, thank you !

It's taken me a year to be able to speak on this but I feel it's nessisary. About a year and a half ago I entered the office of this Dr. I was referred there for an extraction. This man was absolutely horrible to me. He tried to numb my mouth but before the medication set in he started pulling on my tooth. I lightly touch his hand and said that it still hurt please stop. Well he looked at me and said don't ever touch my hand and then grabs an even larger needle that he then stuck straight into the center of my tooth. My heart started racing and im prone to siezures an an epileptic so i got so panicked ans scared and then the worst part happened. Held me in place before even that had a chance to set in and extracted the tooth from my mouth. When he was done he threw the tools on the metal table and stormed out the room. Painful part was the fact that the nurse who seemed so kind did nothing to help untill he left. She ran over to me as tears started falling from my eyes. She tried to comfort me as I cried my eyes out so confused buly what just happened.. NO ONE DESERVES THIS TREATMENT. NO ONE so please be careful in who you choose to work with. I’ve always been nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed and I made that clear to the whole office and they went out of their way to make me comfortable. My procedure was painless and I feel relieved. I was ensured that if I have a problem I could call for assistance after the surgery and I did. I was informed it was normal and how to take care of it and the instructions worked. I received a call back that evening around 7/8 to check on me form Dr. Crooks, himself! Every single employee there is so nice. Dr Crooks is straight forward and to the point (which I appreciate) but he's also kind and caring. I had a lot of teeth extracted and out side of the shots in the roof of my mouth lol it was painless and quick. He even called to check on me that night. Handled With Care!! This dentist made what could have been a horrible experience for our daughter an absolute blessing! We were referred from by our usual dentist due to complexity. He removed her wisdom teeth with the utmost care and bedside manner even in a pandemic. I was panicking and he and his staff (Suzie esp.) were patient, caring and considerate. They even called to check up on her after the surgery. Thank you so much!!

Not only was Dr. Crooks extremely rude, he does not care if you are in pain. The moment he started my extraction, I was laying there screaming in pain because he had my lip pinched and wouldn't stop what he was doing even though I'm screaming ouch stop! My lip was cut open and bruised. I ended up having to go to the emergency room because Dr. Crooks extracted a tooth that had infection in the socket, which was clearly visible and should not have been extracted without antibiotics, according to the ER Dr... Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled. Went in for a consult but Dr Crooks went ahead and took them out! His team deserves gold medals, they’re awesome! Super friendly. Helpful and genuine. And Dr Crooks was a kind man.. straight down the point. The process was so smooth I woke up like did we start yet? Lol I’d definitely recommend him! I was so nervous but they took good care of me. My visit at Dr. Crooks office was absolutely amazing! I am always afraid and my anxiety kicks into overdrive everytime I visit a dentist office. Lissa is so wonderful she was very friendly, and she helped ease my anxiety. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled. The last wisdom tooth! I've always been so afraid I rather just get one pulled at a time since my insurance doesn't cover me being put under. Not only did Dr. Crooks and Lissa talked me through the entire process. My tooth had to be split and pulled! Doesn't sound pleasant, I know, but besides the numbing and the pressure I felt absolutely no pain at all. Surprisingly I didn't even need stitches. I went in to have Dr. Crooks look at a wisdom tooth that was coming in; it was causing me a great deal of pain. After a quick x-ray, Dr. Crooks and his extremely nice assistant didn’t waste any time and pulled my tooth out in about 10-15 minutes. This man is obviously very experienced and knows what he is doing. His personality isn’t overly friendly, but he has good bedside manner and he is very intelligent in his field. I can’t recommend him enough. His entire staff was excellent and very nice as well. I will come back when my other three teeth decide to move in. Thank you Dr. Crooks and staff ???????? Horrid

Everyone in the office was very nice and polite. Very professional and great bed side manner. I would have no problem returning to them if needed or giving recommendation to others.

Bedside manner was excellent. He is definitely experienced and I trust him completely. I feel he is a good man and works to do what is right by the patient. He actually called me from his personal number to make sure I was okay after a tooth extraction. Little things matter. He is NOT some young punk fresh out of school. Great place to go for dentistry. I only been in the back to get a tooth extraction for 15-20 minutes at the most. My tooth healed up w/in 3-4 days. It will heal faster as long as you do what the instructions say & take care of your mouth. I recommend Dr. Crooks to anyone. He's fast & very gentle at his work. Staff also deserves 5

Dr Crooks has been a colleague for years. I treat facial fractures myself, but was unable to help a relative with a bad fracture. Dr Crooks changed his plans and made sure that my cousin was treated just like family. He is selfless, caring and is tops in my book. He was always a good colleague, but now to me he is like family. I was in a great deal of pain and had an emergency and couldn't find anywhere/anyone to help me. I was referred to Dr. Crooks by a family member and I am so very grateful. I called the office and explained my emergency and they were very quick to give me an appointment for the following morning. Once I arrived Dr. Crooks himself greeted me at the door and took me straight into the room. Dr. Crooks and staff waisted no time getting me prepped and started with the procedure. They are a very kind and caring group of people and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of any kind of dental care. The staff there is very pleasant, but the doctor himself is VERY RUDE. I have 4 damage teeth taken out at once, and they prescribed me no pain meds. They told me to go home and take ibuprofen and extra strength Tylenol. It did help with the pain, but when I called his office to ask to be prescribed some meds because I didn't have a lot of money, they gave me the run around and bad excuses to why they couldn't send one to my pharmacy. They then put doctor Crooks on the phone where he was rude disrespectful and called me a drug addict. This was my first experience at this office, and I must say I WILL NOT be going back, and I don't recommend anyone to go there either. I had an amazing experience here! I came to doctor Crooks because a dentist had unsuccessfully removed a molar that was being stubborn and had to leave half in with the roots, the staff was amazing both receptionist and nurse! Doctor Crooks made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job! So thankful for him today and that he was able to remove it for me! I will come here in the future and highly recommend him! I went to Dr. Crooks for the removal of all 4 wisdom teeth and he did an excellent job! The first appointment he was straight to the point and very helpful on what needed to be done. Went ahead and scheduled the surgery to be done that same week! Had them all removed in about 45 mins and was on my way. He made sure to call and checkup on me, as well. Awesome Dr.! Very knowledgeable and capable Oral Surgeon. I always have excellent results when his services are needed. Office staff is great and the whole experience was as great as it possibly could've been for oral surgery. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Crooks and his ENTIRE staff were amazing. They were very professional and also gave me that home town feeling. Even more over, Dr. Crooks called me after hours to inquire about my well being!!! I could not recommend his office more strongerly!!!

This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had in my life. The staff was amazing. Respectful and very patient. The doctor... Is RUDE and very DISRESPECTFUL. He grabbed my face like a mad man. He almost lost his temper. I could see the anger in his eyes. A lady even walked out and said he was rude and cocky. I do not advise anybody going to him. I went to have oral surgery (to remove an impacted tooth) and I was extremely impressed with the staff, clean environment, and most of all how fast the entire procedure was. Dr. Crook made sure that I didn't feel any pain while his assistant comforted me, because I was shaking and my heart rate was out of control from being nervous. Several hours after the surgery he even called me to check on me. I highly recommend Dr. Crook to any and everyone because you'll never find anyone better! On the 24 of March I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed him and his assistant was really nice I was nervous when I got there they called me in the back put me in the chair and they put an IV in my arm less then 2 mins I was knocked out it only took 30 mins for the whole surgery then he called me around 7:30-8:00 Monday after noon to check on me I would recommend anybody to him he's GREAT!???? Dr. Crooks got me in the morning I made the appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I was freaking out a little bit but him and his assistant made me feel very comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better dental experience. Thanks Dr. Crooks!
