Our family is grateful to Dr. Collins because of his knowledge and guidance with Gods blessing we have had our second daughter she’s now 4 years old very nice doctor and has super good stuff who calls back the same day… it took us two rounds but we got our beautiful baby going again now for #3 with Gods willing:)… Thank You !

I have not been a patient in 15 years, but I have a 15 year old daughter now. Dr. Collins is the reason for the best thing in my life and we will forever be grateful to him and his staff. I have recommended him numerous times over the years and will continue to do so.

Terrible doctor. Doesn’t explain anything and is all about money.

By far the ABSOLUTE WORST doctor i have ever been to!!!! Please do not go here!!! Make the trip to Pittsburgh to see someone 1000x better.

Dr. Collins has been a wonderful doctor thus far. I was referred to him after the Allegheny County Covid closures. We were going to AHN in Pittsburgh for fertility treatment about 6mths, with no success. Dr. Collins redid my saline sonogram, which revealed I had a septate uterus. AHN performed this same procedure, and noted the findings as normal, but never took any images. It was clearly visible in this updated imaging. Had we not gone to Dr. Collins, we may never have conceived! He has been nothing but kind and explanatory through this whole process, which included surgery. His staff is excellent. My wife and sought care from Dr.Collins. His office was excellent at keeping appointments and making sure Bill's were paid but, after our last treatment we recieved ZERO follow up to discuss other options. We had high Hope's but, were very disappointed. We only made contact with Dr.Collins 2 times throughout the entire process. We kept getting sent to some place in pittsburgh. Awful and humiliating experience. We were nothing but a NUMBER$$$ NEVER A NAME. And our success was ZERO. Our Veterinarian provides better care to our dog than we recieved from this "specialist". Very disappointed in our care and aftercare.

This guy is a joke! Under his care my wife had her 3rd miscarriage. After surgery he scheduled an appointment where he then explained IVP would be the way to go. He had mentioned this possibly prior so we had an idea this is the direction things would be headed. Do you want us to wait for three cycles before we started the IVF treatments. We asked while we were waiting if there were anything else we could be doing to help the process. He said no. Once the waiting period of three cycles was complete my wife was in contact with that office. She had a check up and they started her on the necessary drugs they needed her to be on prior to the start of IVF. Her and I went in for an appointment to schedule the IVF and they told her she would need to lose 30+ pounds before they would do the procedure. Never was it mentioned before. We were planning on starting IVF in the next couple weeks. He had been seeing her for over a year and had never mentioned she would have To lose weight prior to the treatment. She asked him 2 1/2 months ago if there were anything else she would have to do prior to the IVF treatments and he responded no. Today he didn’t even show up to our appointment he had a nurse come in and break the news to us. Even his nurse agreed that this was a huge and tragic oversight. My wife and I have had so many issues trying to get pregnant it is very disheartening when a doctor Gives you hope and then takes it away because of an oversight. She could’ve been trying to lose weight for over a year now at a minimum the last 2 1/2 months. This guy can be the reason you don’t Have children just is easy as he can be the reason you do have them. There are better doctors out there. Keep looking. They wouldn’t let me give him zero stars.

Dr. Collins was amazing when we were trying to get pregnant! He helped us to successfully conceive, and we are so thankful.

Terrible doctor....all about putting money in his pocket. We only saw him once during our IVF process never gave us the time of day to explain anything or do any of the procedures...but more than happy to take all our money...please don't waist your time or emotions going to this man find someone else

Dr.Collins was able to do laproscoptic surgery which determined I had endometriosis. He has also guided my husband and I through the whole infertility process. Would not go to anyone else!

My first sooo was a terrible experience. The first time we met him was already in the procedure room (ready for the procedure). He came in with 2 nurses, didn’t even introduce himself and started the procedure. He was forceful with it and despite the amount of pain I had, there was no sympathy. Afterward while in the office, the talk was brief and brash. I was in shock with the rudeness and pain I felt. Never again.

Horrible RE: he is rude & his prices are crazy! $5k for a Clomid IUI?!? Go to Center for Fertility with Dr. Tippet in Wexford. He is $300 an IUI. Clomid costs $5-10. I ended up needing IVF & worked with Shady Grove & Tippet. They are amazing! I had a baby last year with them. Shady Grove has money back guarantee called Shared Risk. Do it please! Drive further for better success rates! You get stuck not knowing where to go locally, but they have bad stats! Dr. Collins is robbing us infertiles!

As far as Dr Collins he is very knowledgeable and does very good surgical work. As far as the office staff they are very friendly and helpful prior to any procedure such as IUI once you were pregnant they withhold information they brush off your concerns. Because of their unwillingness to pass on information to the doctor and listen to my concerns I resulted in a miscarriage that could've been prevented. I have lost my faith in the office And we're not for the recommend to anyone

Everyone is so nice, helpful and understanding. Dr.Collins explains everything so you can understand. Great doctor and great nursing staff.
