Dr. Clendenin has no business practicing medicine. He misdiagnosed me with hypothyroidism and prescribed me westhroid. After feeling worse I got a second opinion revealing that I wasn't actually hypo, but hyper. Every time I was in Dr. Clendenin's office he was passing out phentermine like it was candy. Before realizing this guy was a quack, I went in to refill my prescription and the office was closed. He just up and left the practice abandoning all of his patients.
