I would like to thank everyone at Clark Tait Eye Center-> especially Shannon (Glasses boutique) for doing an amazing job with setting me up with the perfect pair of glasses. The vision, fit and look are again "perfect". Shannon took the time to make sure I was totally Satisfied with my prescription glasses and I never felt rushed, or as if I was being a bother. My experience was top notch, and I recommend anyone looking for a new set of eyes to go see Shannon and the rest of the fine people at Clark Tait Eye Center.. you will not be disappointmented!

I am very happy to give Dr. Robert Clark and the Clark/Tait Eye Center an excellent rating for my eye care. I had cataract surgery done on both eyes in December. As a retired RN, I tend to be very watchful and scrutinizing about health when it comes to my family or for myself. I couldn't have been more pleased with the teaching and information that I was given, or the professionalism of the office staff, surgical staff or Dr. Clark himself. Thank You very much!! Jane A.

Dr. Clark is outstanding. He certainly has a large number of clients but treated me as though I was the only one. He has an excellent staff that helps him thru the initial parts of the appt; they are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Clark removed my cataracts and provided followup services. The cataract surgery was totally painless and very quick -- almost as if nothing had happened, except better eyesight. He has expanded his practice recently as Dr. Tait has joined him.

Dr. Clark and his staff are fabulous. I previously saw a provider in the Fenton area, and while they were competent, they made me feel processed. I was very impressed with how the staff at Dr. Clark's office promptly answered my questions, and made me feel like a person, and not a checkbook. Very rare to find such service at a medical provider in today's world. Thank you for the wonderful experience, I will be back for years to come.

At least a half hour wait before you are called in to have the assistant do the preliminary exam, then eyes dialated and wait another 30 minutes before you see him. He does a fast exam and is gone within 5 minutes. Does not appear to be too caring. I have gone to another Dr. and have learned he made a wrong diagnosis. Glad I did not follow up with him.

Dr. Clark and his staff are overall amazing. From the moment we entered the office until the moment we left, everyone was gracious and helpful. I referred my mother for Lasik Surgery and we are both very excited about the outcome. She even received a free pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses after her surgery .

My Surgical procedure with Dr Clark went very badly and he never apologized for it nor did he ever call to see how i was doing> Botched the Blepharoplasty which is to fix droopy eyelids so I would be able to see better but I ended up with disfigured eyes and all he said to me is I haven't seen this before . I will give you this plastic surgeon to go see and that was it for my surgery with him. No responsibility for what he did. i have had one surgery and now another to try to fix a little more.

Dr. Clark is awesome. He has seen me even when I'm supposed to see Dr. Zack, I was having severe eye issues. He scheduled my laser treatments so that they were still covered under my insurance which was due to cancel (employment switch). He was more careful to schedule so that there was no swelling in my retinas, as he had experienced that personally and wished for me to avoid it. Here's very caring.

Extremely happy with surgical care, LASIK. Staff especially office manager, Diane was very professional.

Dr. Clark performed simultaneous Lasik Touchup for both my eyes. Post surgery I was sent home with goggles that fell off during the night, and In my sleep I rubbed my itchy eyes! Both eye flaps wrinkled. and over the course of months I was treated with a very strong saline solution. This was a frightening experience!. I believe the goggles chosen by Dr. Clark were a poor choice, but his surgical procedure was good; as now that my eye flaps have recovered I see well.

Great office staff and great visit. I only waited about 15 min for my appointment, and was very pleased with the overall exam. I will be back next year and would recommend to friends and family

I was referred to Dr. Clark by my PCP, after what I thought was pink eye, wasn't getting better. I had never had my eyes checked before,(have always had perfect vision) and Dr. Clark diagnosed me with iritis. Furthermore, he described in detail what having iritis could be related to and scheduled me for some blood work. Dr. Clark was 100% right and I am now being treated for an auto immune disorder. Thank you Dr. Clark and to all the staff!

-Dr Clark spends very little time with you. Maybe two or three minutes. He has a handful of tech/assistants that do all the testing, record medical information and ask questions. Assembly line. -Dr Clark always runs late in meeting his appointment times. He is typically at least one to two hours late by afternoon. You wait around a very long time to see the actual Dr (briefly). -He recommends laser surgery to his patients & has a huge clientele of senior citizens stacked up for Medicare surgery.
