Dr. Robert K Chua

I have been to Dr Chua one time, as has my husband. My husband was told 3 weeks ago to get some tests. The office has NOT yet sent in the orders. My husband has called 3-4 times to get the orders sent, and has been put on hold for an hour or more each. Then, whomever finally answers the phone is very cold and uncaring and has no clue what is going on. We will definitely not be going back.

Staff does great especially Marilyn, but like all offices s Ross the nation, in all fields, understaffed on all levels. It’s the way of the “Democratic” world now~~

Dr. Chua is well known for the sincerity he displays with his patients and the care he gives for each individual and I would recommend him to anyone that I know.

Dr. Robert Chua is the absolute BEST! He's so compassionate, knowledgeable and very, very, very thorough. Sometimes going to the doctor can feel so rushed! Some doctors are walking out while asking if you have any other questions; not Dr. Chua. He makes calls to his patients HIMSELF (not a tele-visit that he gets paid for) but to actually check on you. My husband and I referred him to other family members and friends and they are blown away by the level of care they've been receiving. If you're new to area like we were and is looking for a PCP. You've found him! You will NOT regret it! The staff in the office is pretty GREAT too. You won't just be an insurance payout to them! When you go, tell him The Allen family say he's the rockstar of doctors! There aren't enough stars to give this doctor, but 5 will have to do ????

Dr. Chua is a great, kind, knowledgeable Physician that is now my Primary Physician. I felt comfortable in his office & I trust him with my well being. The staff in the office were very pleasant as well.

My first visit with Dr. Chua, MD at Jensen Bch. office was a very good experience. The second experience at the office was not so good because there was a mix up about when I would get a chance to speak with Dr. Chua about my mammogram results. I was at the office, but the receptionist never scheduled the appointment so I could speak to him about the results. I spoken with his assistant when I went to the office to get my results. The nurse gave me my result of my blood work over the phone. I finally got an appointment with Dr. Chua over the phone and I felt better about, but later discovered it was a collect call and it cost $16.50 and it was withdrawn from my bank account. This was unacceptable because patient suppose to have at least 15minutes to speak with their doctor. What is going on?

Dr Chua has been incredible!! He absolutely made me feel like I was being taken care of an was in good, caring an capable hands. I have only seen him twice so far but he already has me on the right track for a long an healthy life!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Excellent doctor, listens very well to concerns and does telemed visits, which is a plus. Patient nu.bets has increased every where so telemed visits is appreciated. Staff is very friendly once you can get them on the phone lol. The phone problem has become much better.

Dr. Chua is a knowledgeable, caring,professional. He is right on top of knowing the treatment for every medical condition I presented with or told me who I should go to in order to get the proper treatment. I am 76 years old and I have the opportunity to go to many different doctors and Dr Chua is number one in my book!

Dr. Chua is extremely caring and easy to talk with. I am very happy to have him as my PCP. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Chua is great! He is very informative and makes sure that you understand what it is you’re going through in Laymans terms. I never have any questions when I leave his office. He doesn’t hesitate to hear and help you through any concerns you may have. I’m so glad to have him as a physician. I recommend him to everyone I know.!!

Dr. Chua always takes the time to listen and hear what I am saying. He is very thorough when I am experiencing any type of issues. He doesn’t hesitate to cover all basis through blood work or a referral. He returns messages promptly and is always kind, respectful, and never judgmental. He is a great doctor and I am so glad I’ve found him as my primary physician!

Dr Chua was my doctor for 20 years helping me get through several difficult times. He always followed up by phone after I left his office. He left MMH and was gone for 4 years. Suddenly my daughter saw his name, called me during the summer (in Vermont). I called immediately and booked appointments. We saw Dr Chua this week and my anxiety went away! I had been to 4 doctors while he was away- all were major disappointments. Welcome back Dr Chua. I know I am in good hands now! Dr. Chua is a excellent Primary care doctor. He truly cares about his patients. He takes time to listen, and tries his best to treat his patients accordingly. The only area of concern is the infrequency of appointments.
