Get ready to fill out tons and tons of the same paperwork even though they have way more admin staff than doctors or nurses. The staff just seemed to hurry everyone along. The doctor came in with another person which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I wasn't asked if that was alright or not. It's highly unprofessional. I'm definitely not coming back here. Good doctors nurses and staff but wait times are ridiculous if you have an appointment at 1 don’t expect to be called back at one, you won’t be called till about 1:45 make sure you don’t have plans till a while after your appointment

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I went here for a second opinion after being diagnosed with a skin condition, I saw jason d. the pa and he seemed to only want money. He told me I would need to drive to odessa every week to get a shot to help with the condition, only to learn by another doctor that I would Only need the shot every three months. I also had him examine a lymphoma and he told me I would need to go to a plastic surgery to have it removed immediately (the surgery wouldn't be covered by insurance because it’s considered a cosmetic surgery) and you only need to remove lymphomas if they are causing issues. He also tried to prescribe be a cream for my skin condition that was not covered by insurance (the cream was 300 dollars) save your money and go to someone that actually cares about your health. I have been going for less than a year but I am very happy with Nathan Russo! Very professional and a great staff.

Very professional and organized facility! Dr. Chappell was awesome and gave the best advice and treatment medically.

Set an appointment went for my consultation got treatment that same day. Very friendly and professional staff, clean facility, and great doctors.

Dr. Chappell is great, but I can’t say that about his staff. I have waited over a month to hear back on a referral that should have been made and still nothing! I called 2 days ago and was told the nurse who tended to me on that day would take care of it and still, nothing! Extremely frustrating.

Dr. Chappell Jr. has been awesome with me and the conditions that I have from acne to nail fungus , he has always been a caring doctor. I trust him so much that I took my 8 month old that has eczema and took care of him, had it cleared within weeks. Now he's a two year old happy boy and when it flares up I still have the medicine or I can all the nurse for a refill , the same for my meds. Wait time and exam can be up to 45mins. depending on your questions. Worth it.

I was referred to Dr. Rosso for moles and a cyst. There was no wait time, the staff was very friendly and efficient. Be prepared to have something cut right off there in the office on your first visit, which I prefer. Recommend you print out new patient packet and fill out prior Years ago my husband was referred to a dermatologist to look at skin tags, she looked at them and made 2 follow up appt. to have them removed which was very pricey and time consuming. This office just took them off.
