Dr. Chait is AMAZING! We had the best experience with him. He is personable, caring and treats you like a real person. My husband had his thyroid removed and then a couple issues getting everything sorted and out of all the doctors and other medical staff we dealt with through it he was truly a blessing. He is NOT a Doctor I would allow anyone I care about to see .... ever again!!! He has not taken care of my husband. We have been to the ER twice and his office twice... still with an u resolved issue. His comments are rude and I should have known if u can get an appointment the same day with ANY physician... that speaks for itself!!! I was at the mercy of the issue we had at hand. All he did was run up medical bills to pad his pocket. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE AND will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PHYSICIAN!! Dr.chait is one of the best doctor's I have ever met I have had 3 ear surgery's thru out my life I did not want to do another surgery but I'm glad I did dr chair an his team work very well with me he was patient an explained everything to me no matter how many times I ask about the procedure the surgery was 6 hours long I had no pain at all he removed a tumor off my ear drum I had very little bleeding I would recommend him to anyone he was the best an thank you dr. Bad,disappointing experience for me as a new patient. Front desk staff totally disinterested in patients checking in. Nursing staff was very kind. Doctor was very condescending and rude. Never once looked me in the eyes when speaking. Shot down everything I tried to explain. Kept me waiting in his exam room 1 hour and 35 minutes to be seen. Not returning to this guy,anytime soon. Well,never!!! Don't waste your time.

Would never recommend him to anyone anywhere!! If there was a negative rating ... I don’t wish to even give him one star

I suffered from vocal cord paralysis and through treatment, my voice came back. It took 2-3 months, but eventually my voice came back. This wouldn't be possible with the quick-thinking and amazing work by Dr. Chait. He is an amazing professional and I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr Chait is an excellent doctor and has served our family for years. His staff is very professional as well.

No bedside manner. Very sporadic and confusing at times. Very knowledgeable but it seems like his eye contact and human quality towards patients isn’t there.

Had to see him after tonsillectomy due to my dr illness rude and snappy never checked in my mouth to see if my mouth was healing properly didn't treat me right I guess cause I wasnt his patient

Dr. Chait is a great specialist. I have visited many specialty offices and of course a lot of times there are long wait times because of unexpected circumstances. And this can sometimes be frustrating. However, when I think about it, I am confident that if I had an emergent situation that I would get the same quality care as the next patient. Today I took my 89 year old mother to an appointment with Dr. Robert Chait. Her appointment was at 10:00am. We arrived 20 minutes early to make sure we were on time. We sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before we were taken back which is fine because the appoint was at 10:00. We were put in a room to wait for the Doctor. We sat in there for 1 hour and 2 minutes before the Doctor came in. No one came in before to say the Doctor was running behind. Now realize, my Mother is 89 and my Father who is 90 is sitting in the car. Now when we got there, it took them 15 seconds to get her co pay of 45 dollars. I took off work and my time is just as valuable as his. I believe that this is a terrible way to treat your patients. At the very least I believe the 45 dollar co pay should have been returned. My son has chronic bloody noses, we were referred by our general practitioner. First of all, we had to schedule the appt more than a month out...My son gets up to 9 bloody noses a day and has to leave class to tend to it. We needed in sooner. Second, we arrive at the office roughly 10 minutes before our appt & waited 2 HOURS to see the Dr, for him to suggest nasal spray. Unorganized and inefficient. I do not recommend, at all.

Fast, caring, great, no issues

I have had ongoing ear and throat problems for 20+ years. He told me to take mucinex. Nevermind the constant sore throat or ear pain that never goes away. Sure. I'll just fix it with mucinex. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I will NOT recommend him and i WILL go see another doctor.

We found my husband's visit with Dr. Chait very positive. The LPN's were a hoot! The one put her foot on the scale behind my husband, which made him think it was malfunctioning! That was hilarious! Then after Dr. Chait cleaned out my hubby 's ears, he told him that he was probably 50 lbs. lighter! The whole process took only about 5 minutes. We highly recommend Dr. Chait and just love bis staff!
