i had 2 years of braces there and they treated me amazing. they have amazing staff and they are very very good with being gentle. i recommend.

I was going to wait until I was done with my treatment to officially review C&N, but after getting this in the mail today; I just couldn’t wait. i’m a 27 year old female who’s ALWAYS been so insecure about my teeth. i’ve needed braces since I was a child, but unfortunately it just wasn’t in the cards for me.. yet. I came into their office at 26 years old, almost embarrassed I was an adult having braces put on for the first time. I was nervous I would be judged & made to feel embarrassed. I can’t even begin to tell you how wrong I was. i’ll start with Miss Kris. she is an absolute doll. she explained everything to me regarding my payments & answered any question I had referring to the financials. She was kind of that first real interaction I remember from coming in & if she ever gets to read this… please NEVER change. and thank you :) the staff there have been so encouraging and have always made me feel so welcome. I usually see Dr. Nondorf & he’s the greatest! very kind, thorough & made the process so much easier for me. I also have seen Dr. Cavanaugh a few times & he’s also lovely! very to the point & answers any question or concerns I may have. the hygienist’s are SO lovely. there’s too many to name, but a few that have really stood out to me are Amanda, Amy & Alannah. thank you for making me so comfortable even when it’s not the most pleasant experience. you girls are amazing at what you do & are a HUGE reason why I chose to pursue my orthodontic journey with C&N. I received a cute note in the mail from Alannah, one of the hygienist’s I saw last week. The fact that this place takes time out of their day (when they see over 100+ patients a day sometimes) to write me a personalized note just reinforces how much I love this office. this place is a 10/10, no doubt. they have worked with me on payments, appointments, etc. they are all so warm & kind and I wouldn’t want to be seen anywhere else. thank you Cavanaugh & Nondorf Orthodontics ❣️

My oldest daughter got her braces on in 2016. Definitely came back for my twins. Everyone is super nice.

Set my appointment I was in fast no wait. The receptionist were kind, and Amanda took care of me and my retainer, I highly recommend this place, Never had a bad experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Extremely kind staff! They were always able to get me in right away when a wire was bothering me and always listened to any concerns I had about my teeth. Highly recommend coming here for any Orthodontist needs

Dr. Matt Nondorf and staff are amazing. I took my daughter for a consultation and they were so friendly and put her worries at ease. She was so excited to spin a wheel to get a prize at the end of her appointment. Kris was very kind and helped us make future appointments. I will be referring all my friends and patients to Dr. Nondorf!

They are great here! The staff is so friendly and helpful. My daughter had her braces for two years, and her smile is just beautiful. They always were patient with all my questions, as I never needed braces, or an orthodontist at all for that matter, so this is all new territory for me. They are very easy to get an appointment if needed, and all around did a great job. If any of my other children need braces, or orthodontics, we will be going here.

I was blown away with my experience here. I made an appointment with Dr. Nondorf because my family dentist knocked out my permanent retainer during my cleaning. I was upset about it and also nervous...it had been almost 18 years since I'd been to an orthodontist office. I walked in and the ladies at the front desk were more than kind and accommodating to me. They helped me through my paperwork and I went to the back quickly. Then I met Faby, who was also extremely kind and took her time with me. She was amazing at getting my impressions for my new retainers, something I always dreaded before. When I met Dr. Nondorf, he quickly removed the glue from my previous retainer (something my dentist could have done but refused to help me do without another appointment). I mentioned to him that several of my front teeth were chipped from a former car accident, and without batting an eye he filed and fixed them for me. Honestly his kindness brought me to tears. I'm not sure if he even realized what that meant to me to have that ugly reminder gone. Long story short, I wish he was my orthodontist as a child. I loved everyone at the office and my time there. I don't hope my kids need braces one day, but if they ever do, I know exactly where I'll be bringing them.

Amanda was fantastic! She was sweet, professional, & patient! I always have anxiety walking into appointments, & she immediately made me feel at ease. Her & the doctor kept at it until my retainers felt completely comfortable. I will be bringing both of my boys here when it comes time for their braces in a few years. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best orthodontics practices I have ever dealt with (and after going through my fourth set of braces, that is saying something lol). Cavanaugh & Nondorf finally fixed my rogue canine! Alannah was amazing! Super skilled, incredibly pleasant and so articulate. She explained everything I needed to know. So happy to have C&N as my orthodontist!

First day here for my son's braces. They are really informative and super nice. Happy we came here. I will be coming back for some work as well.

This office so far has been amazing! Dr. Nondorf and his lovely assistants have made my experience amazing starting with my consultation. Dr. Nondorf pointed out all of the treatment I was seeking before I even had to tell him myself, which was extremely reassuring. The assistants and ladies that work here alongside the Doctors are amazing, kind, and great at what they do! I’m so glad I chose this office to take care of my smile. They even checked on me after getting my braces on to see how I was doing, so thoughtful of them! Every time I call they’re able to give great advice and information if I have questions. All in all, this office and experience has been great and I hope it will continue to be this way for the rest of my treatment. I had to come back to this review and give it an edit. I am absolutely gleaming with happiness after receiving orthodontic treatment here. Dr. Cavanaugh and Dr. Nondorf are incredibly thorough and genuinely listen to their patients when concerns are brought to their attention. Also, my orthodontic assistant Ella is so amazing. She is incredibly friendly, and made me feel like we were just catching up (in the most professional way of course). My initial treatment directly lined up with my final product and I could not be more satisfied. I 1000% recommend this office to anyone who is seeking professional and thorough orthodontic care.

This place is very very great! The doctors and assistants are awesome. It was a great experience with braces and when they took them off it was painless. I now want to be an orthodontist myself. And my friend who went there too also wants to be one. Dr. Cavanaugh and Dr. Nondorf have got to be some of the best orthodontists there are!

Had a consultation today with Dr. Cavanaugh and Kris who both thoroughly explained my options and treatment plan. Everything exceeded expectations to the point that I felt very comfortable with my choice to go ahead with ordering Invisalign before leaving their office today!

Not only am I a dental hygienist and have personally seen results from this office that are amazing, but now my daughter just got her braces on today and she was very nervous. Everyone we seen did a fantastic job!!! I would highly recommend them!
