Great practice. Dr. Bob was my primary before he joined MDVIP. I was hesitant to pay more for my healthcare, but I now see the value in the enhanced testing and the ability to have more time with him. It seems to have improved the entire practice, and the staff is more attentive and less rushed. As Dr Bob stated to me when I asked him how the MDVIP program was affecting him he responded that "I can now actually practice medicine". He takes the time to ensure all questions or issues are solved, and he has actually supported me in public by attending and cheering me on as an older runner at local races. I highly recommend him!

Just started with Dr. Carrellas, he is wonderful already!

Doctor Robert Carrellas just reviewed my testing with me. He explained all the test and what they meant to me and my health. He answered every question I had. He was friendly and informative.

Dr. Carrellas was thorough, personable, took the time to listen to me, answer my questions, and go over my test results and make recommendations. He treated me like a VIP.

Dr Carrellas continues and STAFF continue to give me excellent medical services. As I have said to many people your health is worth more money, than cable TV, car payments or any other want that people pay for on a monthly basis.. To have a doctor that you can contact immediately and has a staff that treats you as number 1 is more important than all other monthly home bills. Despite being one point from a perfect credit score, I was threatened by the billing center Dr Carrellas uses that they would refer an outstanding $90 “Routine EKG” charge to a collections agency or for legal action. This is despite that my insurance company has contacted Dr Carrella’s billing center 3 times now expressing that I am not to be billed and to clear the charge. On 11/5, the billing office advised my insurance they would issue a corrected claim ASAP, yet I’m still getting billed as of a 11/25 statement. On 11/19, the billing office also advised they would call Dr Carrellas office and follow up by leaving me a detailed voice message... they did not. I’m sorry to write this, but accountability for comprehensive medical care should include administration and billing, just my one-on-one experience with the doctor. Dr. Carrellas is the best! He listens and is very attentive to giving the best care. The women in his office don't get any better. I would highly recommend him.

he is an excellent doctor I've had him my entire life I had his father before that I would recommend him to anybody who wants a real doctor who cares about your needs just doesn't give you a prescription actually works with you
