I managed to chip a tooth on a Friday. On Monday morning I called for an appointment and was scheduled that same day at noon. While I did have a 30 minute wait, I did not mind at all since I was so grateful to be seen the same day I called. Dr. Vinea not only smoothed out my tooth, he took the time to make it look as good as possible. The tooth that chipped was actually a tiny bit longer than the one next to it which had always bothered me. Because I chipped that tooth and because Dr. V took the time to smooth and shape it, I left the office with a more perfect smile than I had before this happened! I cannot recommend ETP more!

Late on Wednesday afternoon was the appointment. From the greetings on the phone to the experience in the chair with medical staff, everyone was pleasant and upbeat. Visit with the doctor started on time and he took extra time to explain the few questions that I had about my issues. Totally felt at ease from the time I walked in the door.

Dr. Cain encouraged me to ask any questions I might have about my procedure. I had a bone graft yesterday and it went fine. I had very little pain from the shots. The at-home instructions were very clear.

One is often apprehensive about a dental disease exam, but he explained everything to my satisfaction, answered all my questions and even provided a thorough explanation of my problem through an x-ray. My wait time was less than five minutes, and he did not rush the appointment. The final step was the explanation of available cost options and I didn't think the individual was fake, at all, as one reviewer commented. I love people that appear to love their jobs, whether they do or not. Better than grumpy. I loved the staff and appreciated knowing at the end of the visit how much my entire treatment was going to cost. I also appreciated the efficiency in how the office was run. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cain to any person that needs the treatment I will be going through. My only regret is that he is not closer to Crossville, as I do not like driving, but not his fault.

I was not nervous at all after my consultation. Dr Cain explained everything and answered all of my questions.

They are professional, have a state of the art facility, excellent dental assistants and office staff. Covid protocol is top notch. I highly recommend both Drs. Robert and Pamela Cain for periodontics and general dentistry with specialities that I did not know about at first. I also appreciate the warmth and kindness from all employees. He built me a temporary bridge for my front teeth so I would have confidence to smile, talk and teach. Challenge to support a space between 2 new implants. I am so glad that I decided to go to Dr. Cain for my detached gum! The lazer treatment was practically painless and worked to reattach my gum. I now have a healthy gum structure to support my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Cain!

First visit to the office - staff was on time. I was glad to find out COVID protocol was in place. The hygienist did a good job and made me feel comfortable. This practice was highly recommended by my regular dentist since my periodontist recently retired.

I was asked to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment and was seen right away. The first assistant ho polished my teeth was great (never had my teeth polished before the cleaning). The person who actually did my cleaning wasn't as gentle as I like. I told her a couple of times that she was being a little rough but it didn't do any good. The top of my mouth was burnt from pizza I had a couple of days ago but she never took that in consideration when cleaning.

First intake yesterday, combined with cleaning. I am in love with everybody there - all helpful, reassuring, competant, caring. My teeth were squeaky clean when I left. Dr. Cain did an assessment of my teeth and suggested strategies for the future. Explained eveything very well and gave me the reasons for the suggestions he made.

Broken front tooth on a Wednesday and by noon on Thursday they had a plan for me to be able to eat and smile. Left the office with a temporary but workable fix as I will need an implant. Dr. Rob and Dr. Pam a very caring health care providers always listening to my needs and taking time to find a workable solution. I never feel rushed and I always feel well care. Would recommend them without any hesitation.
