He put a tube in my ear without anestesia. I felt the pain, every second! I had to go to the ER next day, to much pain, they did a CT and he told me to find a doctor to do mastoide surgery, that is my problem and he did not give me anything for pain or let the doctor in the ER to give me something. Has been 3 weeks I’m having ear infection, it’s really painful, but he just don’t care about imigrantes without insurance. No one ever treat me like this, I’m feeling horrible and in pain. Do not recommend him

Dr Brager has been the best. Super professional in nature. His office is quick to respond, friendly staff. But most importantly, very steady hands.

Dr Brager is superb. He listens well and is extremely knowledgeable. He is technically proficient and takes the time to answer all questions. He is the official team ENT doctor for all of the University of Richmond sports teams. Always a great experience going there.

Poor visit. Dr had no compassion for listening to my problem. He thought he knew my concerns prior to seeing me. Also forgot I had seen him 2 years prior. Next time I'm waiting for another physician. Practice us great. Dr Brager not so much!

Total waste of time. Don't bother going to this doctor. Look elsewhere please

Wish I could give ZERO stars. So rude. Wouldn’t listen to my actual problems and kept telling me everything is fine. When my ears are constantly in pain.

Doctor Brager needs to work on his bedside manner. Please remember that a patients time is just as valuable as yours.

Dr. Brager did not have good bedside manner at all. He was rude and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. He didn't seem to listen to me and my concerns for my child. My child had been up for nights on end with pain in and behind his ear. He had green pus oozing out of his ear constantly. He told me he had swimmers ear. I kept trying to explain how bad his pain was and that he had swimmers ear before and this was different and I was told it's still just swimmers ear. It was indeed not swimmers ear. He had an outer, inner and middle ear infection in both ears and pseudomonas in one of them. He also had severe damage to his eardrum. My son was admitted to the hospital a few days later for severe pseudomonas infection and mastoiditis. We are actually still in the hospital (1 month later) and he will be having a mastoidectomy tomorrow morning. He had a PICC line put in 3 weeks ago and will have it for 3 more weeks. I do not recommend Dr. Brager or his practice to anyone at all! Dr. Brager did not have good bedside manner at all. He was rude and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I am highly disappointed by this practice. My 2 yr old had 2 surgeries to stop nose bleeds & she still has them. We came back to the office & they offered a non surgical procedure that was done in the office. This procedure was NEVER offered to us BEFORE we had the surgeries. We were not informed of all options, misinformed by the nurse, and on top of that, they lack compassion or bedside manner. I will NOT be returning & will be finding another ENT doctor. I arrived at 8:30 for my 9:00 appointment. I called from the car as soon as I parked and was asked to come in to get registered and pay co-pay. When I walked in there were five people in the waiting room! Once I completed registration I specifically asked if I should go back to my car and wait. I was advised to do so. From 8:45 to 9:30 I waited. I called to ask how much longer because I had another appointment at 10:00 down the street. They told me “we’ll call you shortly.” In the meantime I had been observing an accumulation of patients standing outside the door! I watched from the car as they all went in (4 more patience) as I sat in my car waiting for that Covid-19 safety process call! I only got called in because I requested and when I got in at 9:30 I waited another 10 or 15 minutes only to hear the doctor talking to someone about books to read, or something of that nature! Finally I opened the door to the patient room I was in and advised them I could no longer wait because I had another appointment! Welllll,! The doctor just looked at me and said “I’m ready to evaluate you now.” My response was “I’m pressed for time for my 10:00 and I don’t think I will have enough time to go through everything we need to address being a former cancer survivor! He says “it’s up to you, we can do this now or we can reschedule? I asked, what time do you all start seeing patients. He responded 8:50 but we ask that you give us twenty minutes to clean rooms in between patients. front desk and nurses were very pleasant and helpful. However, My experience with Dr. Brager were less than satisfying. He was very short and rude. Was told to go home and wait for more symptoms. I met Dr. Brager after seeking a second opinion for my daughter. She had suffered from chronic ear infections, strept throat and sinus infections all before age 2. After seeing Dr Brager he immediately knew surgery was the only option for her after medications and other procedures failed. He walked my husband and I through the surgical process step by step. After the surgery he came out to the waiting room and talked in depth about the procedure and what to expect. The results were outstanding! She was no longer snoring, no ear infections, no throat or sinus issues. She has not even had so much as a cold. Dr. Brager has everything I want from a doctor, he can listen, understand and explain what is going on to a person without a medical knowledge. I feel comfortable with his (in my opinion!) conservative approach to further diagnostic/tests and next steps.

Really glad to get A referral to this office. Finally understand why my child’s ear infections are not getting on better antibiotics. I was able to schedule for tubes next week! Dr Brager has always been very professional. He has a great bedside manner. I have referred several family and friends to him as well. I have ongoing sinus/allergy issues. He always tries to give me some relief when I call or visits his office. Wish there were more doctors like him. Thanks for all you do Dr Brager.

He is a great physician and has been caring for our family for years. We are always thankful to him and his sincere care when it comes to our health.

He handed me a pamphlet where he marked BPV (vertigo) that explained how crystals in the ears caused vertigo then looked me square in the face and told me there is no such thing as crystals. Then he wanted to refer me to the PHysical Therapist in his office. He did not tell me that I could choose any PT I wanted which led me to the conclusion that they just wanted to add on more services so they could pad the Bill.

My Mom recently noticed a lump on her neck and we were referred to Virginia Ear Nose and Throat Associates. We saw Dr. Brager who immediately referred her for a biopsy. Following her results he quickly got her in to surgically remove the lymph node for a more thorough evaluation. Within 2 weeks she was in for surgery, had more testing done, and will be receiving treatment shortly. Dr. Brager was very thorough and extremely helpful during this time. Fantastic Physician!

Had a really good experience with Dr. Brager. He took time to listen to my concerns and then explained everything in details for me. I didn’t feel rushed and felt comfortable. He investigated mine and his concerns throughly and suggested a treatment plan based on the outcome. Highly recommended!

Every time we’ve been to office, our wait has been 20-30 minutes or longer. Very unacceptable when dealing with a child. This is the case for the last 4 visits. Will find another practice.

The Staff is great! I just hate having to wait 45 minutes to an hour each time we go to see our doctor.

The staff was friendly and had nice play area for kids.when doctor came in he lacked bedside manners. He seemed irritated when caring for my grandson.

Dr. Brager has great mannerism and knowledgeable about the middle ear. Soon as he looked into my left ear, he knew the diagnosis's.

The office was nice and staff very kind. However, I made an early appointment, completed all forms online before the appointment, arrived early and still waited 45 minutes past my son's appointment time. Answer from the receptionist was a non-chalant "oh yeah, it can get up to an hour. That's just Dr. Brager." My response was "That's just ridiculous!" If I were 15 minutes late my appointment would have been cancelled and I would have been charged a fee. No issue with the services or the personnel during the appointment itself. However, I am extremely irritated with offices who continue to schedule appointments that they don't intend to keep. The office was nice and staff very kind.
