Visits are different, it’s a relax office in a house. Dr. has his 2 beautiful dogs on-site who don’t bother you at all. The reason I don’t give a better score is the wait time is terrible. I was booked 1st. Pt after lunch (1pm) I wasn’t seen until 2:30. Doctors office was next to my room and he was working on the phone. I’m glad he tens to his business himself however perhaps that’s something he should mark off his schedule instead of having ppl wait. Dr. Is a great listener and the most thorough doctor I’ve had in years.

Dr. Bouvier is very kind and takes time with each patient to make everyone feel comfortable and heard. My appointment was at 3pm and I wasn't even called into my room until 3:50. If there is that much time difference in scheduled appointment vs. actual call back to room time then they need to change the way they schedule patients. The office is in total disarray. I am pretty sure Mr. Bouvier violated some professional codes with me on my visit. Walked into the room to look out the window while the PA was asking me questions (rude). Did not replace his gloves while examining me from use with another patient (and I saw blood on them, too), and did a creepy breast exam on me while I was standing up (noone was in the room with us). I quickly pulled away and told him I gynocologist does that. Friendly and informative, but I think he needs to get reschooled on medical professionalism. The office is in total disarray. Unprofessional. Did not follow medical safety protocols. The doctor started examining me while wearing gloves from another patient's exam and I later noticed blood on them. I had a gown on from an unneeded EKG, and while he was checking my reflexes and lymph nodes, he proceeded to do a breast exam while I was STANDING UP and there was not a nurse in the room.

Dr. Bouvier is the most loving and TRULY carying doctors that I have EVER been to! Would not go anywhere else unless I could not help it. Been with Doctor Bouvier for 30+ years. My kids love him as well. Great choice for care.

I have been going to Dr. Bouvier for maybe 3 years. He’s one of the best! Dr. Bouvier listens and pays attention to details when you tell him what’s wrong and what’s going on with you! I am a retired RN and have known many, many doctors throughout MI as a result of my 30+ yr career as a nurse manager. Dr Bouvier listens. He takes the time to do a thorough assessment. He is wholistic in all of his treatment recommendations. He is compassionate. And he is a Christian. He has been my primary doctor for many years, and I will not go anywhere else. I often told my patients to look at a wait as a good thing because no one waits for lousy doctors since their waiting rooms are empty. Dr. Bouvier is a great doctor. My son found him over three years ago, by just emailing him to see if he was accepting new patients. My son received an immediate response and had him in the office fast. Fast forward my son ended up getting double pneumonia. Dr. B literally saved his life. My son was in bad shape. I also see Dr B. too. We are ever so grateful that he is our doctor. He is thorough with his patients and truly cares. I have recommended him to several people. You can’t go wrong with him and his staff is wonderful. Such caring people and always feel welcome at his office.

I just went for a regular physical, without my knowledge they did about 40-50 tests and charged me for all those tests. When I went to discuss about the bill they charged my insurance even about that visit that I went to discuss about the bill. Please Please never ever visit this doctor. Had very bad experience with Dr Robert. To meet the doctor, it almost more than an hr, even though i reach on time to my appointment. Its not once, been repeated multiple times with similar wait times. If there any tests to be done at the doc office, they made me again to wait for more than 30 min to an hr..but most important thing is all the patients records are open while they made me wait in the docs room, there is not proper privacy to patients records....please beware. Love the doctor and his staff!

Dr.bouvier, is the best doctor. It have been going to him for many years. Has always been there for me. If he can't figure out what is going on, he has no problem sending you to a specialist. He spends all the time I need. I have never had to wait any length of time. Out of all the years I have been seeing him, I can remember one and that was person with emergency. I’ve been Dr. Bouvier‘s patient for nearly 4 years. 10 years ago (40 yrs old) my near perfect health started to decline. After 3 yrs of searching for help, I went to U of M and was then diagnosed with a rare Disease, and since caused many other complicated/chronic ailments. I was also an RN for 20 yrs so I’ve witnessed from both ends of the healthcare field. So I can confidently say this man is one of the best PCP’s I have ever encountered (sadly a rare find in this area). His knowledge about such a variety of medical issues (including rare ones) shocks me still at every visit (for me sometimes weekly) I would not be alive without him. I see many different SpecialIsts in Ann Arbor, but it’s beyond comforting to know that I have him, his amazing office (staff included) minutes from home!

I've seen him a number of times now. He has also sent me to some specialists. He's the best doctor I've seen in the past three years.

He was very unprofessional and had a wait time more than an hour! ALso had a dog wandering around and left the exam room door open DO NOT recommend

Very nice doctor. has the old school professional feel . Very thorough office visit. Love having the therapy dog there. Tells it how it is no BS.

Dr. Bob is a very caring doctor. Alot of knowledge in many fields. Listens to you as an individual. Guides you through all of what is needed. Best staff I've ever experienced. Great bed side manner.

Dr, Bouvier has been my Dr for 10 years and has Never let me down! I've been through cancer twice in the last 2 years and I'm alive and well due to his guidance and direction. Not only am.i cancer free i am living an extremely prosperous life. This is a great place with great Dr.s.

Awesome physician who really cares and takes the effort to always find the best route to his patience care! You may not always like to hear his opinions but should always give them an honest try before ruling anything out! He knows and wants the safest route for your routine care!!! Dr. Bouvier is like your oldschool Dr. takes the time with each patient and doesn't push pills but recommends different treatment options depending how hard the patient is willing to work on their own health. he true cares for his patients and is NO BS!

Dr. Bouvier is a excellent provender and his staff is very helpful. Labs get done very quick, appointments aren't rushed and Doc takes the time to listen to each person.

Moved here with wife and kids. I and 2 others in the family were in the middle of medical disaster. They got us in pronto, and saved me (close to death) and has continued to provide top flight care with heartfelt compassion. And my wife is a doctor.

He came into the office on a weekend to help me on more than one occasion He has done house calls for my parents a well

Plan on the doctor seeing you at least an hour after your scheduled appointment. Always very late. Talks to patients with the door open. Has a dog roaming around the office. Unprofessional is a word that comes to mind.

I had a condition that developed rapidly and threatened to leave me with limited use of my hand and arm. Dr Bouvier went to battle for me, arranging appointments with specialists within the same day. . . This is no small feat. THEN, due to a miscommunication, I showed up at the neurosurgeon without picking up my MRI results. Dr Bouvier went and got the results and brought them to the surgeons office while I was still at the appointment!!!!!!! Unheard of!!!!! Very happy with Dr Bouvier!!!!!

The wait time is ridiculous. I've never waited less than 40 minutes and the average for my last three appointments was 65 minutes.
