This was my first visit, the front - desk was efficient and pleasant and everyone at the office was friendly. Dr Bierman was a listener, asked me questions and provided me referrals for other concerns if mine. My overall visit was great.

Dr. Bierman is attentive, supportive, and kind. He did not make me feel like a failure due to my blood sugar going up. Rather, he helped me determine WHY it happened.

This was my first visit. Dr Bierman is an exceptionally good listener. His follow-up was as precise as his diagnosis. By the time I returned home a summary and recommendations email was already in my computer! He finds simple solutions for what may appear to be a complex issue.

Dr Bierman does a very thorough and informative job on my physical. He covers all relevant areas and explains my #s very clearly.

Since Dr Bierman joined Abrazo Medical it has become more and more difficult to contact his office. A phone call will assign you to a line of more than 20 calls ahead of you. Their on line system insisted on assigning me to a consultation with a nurse practitioner instead of Dr Bierman when I requested an annual physical check up. It has deteriorated to the point that I decided to find a new doctor's office for my health care needs. Now I can't find out if my records have been forwarded to the new doctor. When I called the office I ended up on a loop directory, that always sent me back to the opening statement on their recording. I did send a message through their patient portal but they won't get back to me for several days according to their site. Based on past poor experience I don't anticipate any reply at all. I do like Dr Bierman but Abrazo has been a catastrophe to deal with and I will no longer waste my time with them. I recommend that you do likewise.

Robert Bierman is an excellent physician who has not only the expertise, but has a wonderful rapport with his patients.

Dr, Bierman was friendly, thorough, he explained things in term that I could understand and he was very willing to take care of my medical issues. I was quite pleased with the man.

Dr Bierman is a great doctor. He listens well, offers recommendations or feedback and always makes sure I understand. I’ve been going to Dr Bierman for 20+ years and plan on going to see Dr Bierman for the next 20 years. Outstanding service.
