Before I preface this I must say that as a consumer, it is a consumers right to research the quality , methods and reviews of professional medical and mental health providers in practice. And the fundamental consumer right cannot be diminished or intimidated in a court of law By said professional That being said. DR. beilin was an 730 evaluation in our custody mediation situation on behalf of the petitioner while I was the respondent. His work was substandard, helacked thorough investigation, his behalf before forming his "expert opinion" he was biased in his approach, lacked objectivity, and violated several aspects of the title 5 rules to which he was held for completing his evaluation. The jcourt also informed him of his lack of knowledge in certain areas and supplied him with case law for his future awareness. Under cross examination he became visibly angry on the stand when his opinion was questioned. The court ultimately dismissed his reports merit and rulled in our favor.

What a CON! Responsible fathers beware!!! This guy is supposed to be an expert in custody evaluations, well not exactly. This guy tried to suggest giving more custody to the mother only because she sits at home doing nothing. Meanwhile the responsible father who has taken care of these two boys 100% of the time when he is not at work gets less time. We put this egotistical "person" on the stand and he couldn't defend anything he said in his report. Judge throws his report out, what a joke.
