Dr. Robert Glen Bashuk

Dr. Bashuk is probably one of the most thorough physicians I have ever seen. Even though his office was closing early on a Friday, he worked to get me further testing that very day. He even went a step further and called me with my results after office hours so that I was able to learn of my diagnosis right away and not wait another 2 days. I waited 3 months for an appointment with this Dr and I’m still recovering from what I experienced. Don’t be fooled by the ratings. Horrible Dr, unpleasant atmosphere. Office feels like a funeral home. Dismissed my complaints about my mental and physical issues and basically told me to suck it up. Once again, I will travel outside of the Austell area to find a good Dr.

Rude front end staff

This office is all about money. They schedule unnecessary visit so you have to pay extra. They do not care about the patients. Also the office manager is very rude and disrespectful. Please do yourself a favor and find another location that will not waste your time and one that cares about you as a patient.
