I saw Dr Hancock earlier everyone i interacted with at her office was polite and professional the facility was clean and organized and she was phenomenal she explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond for me i would refer everyone i know to her she was great all i can say is thank you

Had my first visit today. For the first time in 2 years, I have no pain in my back, hip or leg. Dr Hancock was genuinely concerned about my pain and wanted to do what she could to give me some relief. I am looking forward to future visits and have full confidence in Dr Hancock for my treatment.

Dr Hancock is the most amazing Dr I have ever found! I've been thru several hernia surgeries and was in severe pain for almost 2 years. I was nervous about seeing Dr Hancock bc seen several Dr's and zero relief. We injected a few different times and made all my pain go away which was great but only lasted a few days. That's when most Drs quit seeing u. Dr Hancock went over all my scans and even called the surgeon who worked on me and the radiologist who wrote the report for my scans. Dr Hancock realized I still had mesh in me and I'm happy to say I had a surgery 2 weeks ago and feel great. She goes above and beyond!! Best Dr ever! Dr. Hancock is there to actually help you with your total being. She is interested in you and wants you to be better. She is thinking about YOU when you are with her. I would give no stars if possible. No diagnosis for back pain - just an "I don't know". The procedures she used were nothing new - had been performed by other doctors and physical therapists - so not sure why I was referred to this "specialist". Perhaps if Dr. Hancock had spent more time focused on me and not the medical student shadowing her (A LOT of talk about his upcoming test, schooling, etc.) she would have figured something out on me. Dr. Hancock.has worked wonders for my 98 year old mother. Mom worked hard all her life and most of her joints are arthritic and painful. With Dr. Hancock's help she is able to still live home alone. Mom has been seeing Dr. Hancock monthly for several years. Thank you Dr.

For years I had went to Doctor after Docter and got no help, they would not treat me after being ran over by a car and operated on. Said there was nothing they could do fo me. I felt like they did not believe the amount of pain I was in. Would come home from work and curl up and was ready to give up. After years of trying to get help I was referred to Dr Hancock. She found out I had not one but 11 things wrong with my spine after several test I could not get others to do. When I say she gave me my life back, it was as if our prayers were answered. I have been going to Rita Hancock, for years. I first saw her about 7 or 8 years ago. My hips were killing me, and i could barely walk. She lined my spine back up and it felt wonderful . I still get my monthly treatments, like clock work. with her magic hands i would be in so much more pain, if i were to not see her... SHE IS AWESOME, I LOVE HER... SHE'S THE BEST!!! I have been using Rita Hancock for years for Trigger points in my shoulder and neck. She is caring, listens and thorough. She is a doctor, a friend and has prayed with me during a difficult time in my life. I’m not good with writing but I highly recommend Rita as a doctor. After each visit my neck and shoulder feels a lot better. Rita is an excellent doctor makes sure she does everything possible to getting you to feel better. I am proud to say I don’t take pain pills. Dr Hancock is an absolute miracle worker. I’ve had almost constant back pain for 2 years when I was referred to her. After my first visit the results were amazing. After my 2nd visit I am over 50% better and finally am pain free unless I over-do. I was really skeptical at first when shots and deadening nerve endings didn’t work and still can’t believe it. I had a successful back surgery 2 months ago. After going home and off the Meds, a Pudendal nerve decided to show up, in the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced! it was like someone tazed me from the back to the front for 10-12 minuets at a time. it put me back in the hospital for 3 1/2 days with no diagnosis. After a hip injection, I went home still experiencing the pain. a week later and experiencing numbness in the area, my surgeon called Dr. Rita Hancock. He relayed the symptoms over the phone, she identified the suspect nerve. Agreed to see me and confirmed the nerve issue. She suggested a Dr. to block the nerve if need be. Then she examined continued to examine me using Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Trigger points. her healing hands for many of my out of line ribs, vertebra and muscle knots. I was stooped over when I went in that day and went out walking as straight up! The nerve pain dramatically subsided with NO nerve block, just her touch! I'll be back soon

Dr. Hancock provided amazing treatment for my low back pain. She clearly explained what she was going to do to relieve some of my pain. I highly recommend her as a specialists treating pain. Dr. Hancock has a warm and engaging personality. Her front office staff and medical assistant were also excellent.

I came to Dr. Hancock for two reasons. First, she was able to relieve the tremendous amount of pain my wife was having! And based on that, the second reason I came to her was for increasingly severe, non-migraine, headaches I was experiencing. I thought if she could help my wife, then perhaps she could help me. After the first visit my headaches because less severe, AND less frequent! Dr. Hancock also helped me with other back issues I was having. She will also continue to work on you as long as her treatments are helping you. If she feels she has gone as far as she can, she will tell you! I appreciate her skill and dedication to her profession! I would highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Hancock! God has given you a wonderful gift!

Dr.Hancock doesn't like fat people.I had one visit where things seemed pretty positive.I don't want to be on pills for mobility issues associated with arthritis.She said she would try to help me.I made another appointment and all of the sudden there's a sign at the reception desk.The sign states that their tables have a 400lb. limit.I don't weigh that much but they sure did try!She makes you wear a gown like a jacket so that she doesn't even have to touch your clothes.She wants to give off this vibe about being Christian.Well, I'm here to tell you that she's the kind that gives real Christians a bad name.Her excuse for letting me go as a patient ON MY 2ND VISIT is that the first treatment didn't hold. She even threatened that the insurance wouldn't pay and then they would come to me just to further discourage me from coming back.The treatment consists of her "laying hands"on your back.No actual adjustment is being made so it is not a suprise that it didn't work. What a scammer,beware.

I'm grateful and appreciative for Dr. Hancock's skill in dealing with nerve pain, both down my arm and into my hand from taut muscles in my shoulder and neck, and alleviating the nerve pain down my leg from misalignment. She is the best! She understands what is going on and she is skillful in dealing with it. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

After years of chronic back problems, CT scans, MRIs, ultra sounds and epidurals I was referred to Dr Hancock. I could tell a difference after my first visit but in 2 months I am finally a normal functioning adult again. She is so amazing at the methods she used on me that I really couldn’t believe it was working. If you have problems with pain that doesn’t go away you really need to try her. She does not disappoint and you will be amazed too. She’s the most talented dr I’ve been to

I've seen Dr. Hancock for a chronic pain issue for years. She is incredibly in tune with her patients, and brings the latest techniques and care to bear. She stays up on current trends, and therapies and has significantly reduced my pain and kept it down for several years. I have had TPI for over 20 yrs to help me with a long time injury, she is excellent at pinpointing the trigger and eliminating the pain.

Dr Hancock is one physician that I totally trust my life with. She is concerned with the whole person. She practices quality medicine. If your hurting she is interested in relieving the pain and finding out why you hurt. She ask the Almighty God help her in your healing.

I have been going to a pain management clinic for 3 years. All I’ve gotten for relief was pills. One visit to Dr Hancock and my life was changed. Manipulation and trigger point therapy was done. I left that day feeling like I had my life back. I still love her but several months later when bills finally came I found it was WAY to expensive. I can no longer afford it. I’m very disappointed because I have decent insurance but the cost is just too high. I know she has bills, expenses and overhead to pay. I get it but my bills for monthly visits were almost or over 500.00 before insurance for a 20 minute appointment. Back to pain management who just prescribed pills. LOVE HER!! She listens, explains what she's doing and why. Very knowledgeable, caring and would definitely recommend going to her. I don't like taking pain meds and she has helped me be close to pain free!

Dr. Hancock is the first doctor in years to actually examine me. Other doctors talk and even listen but haven’t actually examined me. She’s a great listener & I had some relief after my very first visit!! It’s a relief to find someone who is actually looking deeper into the root cause of my pain.

So I wasn’t gonna write this review, but this is ridiculous. So when they pull the patient back the person with them “can’t go.” Not only did I drive an hour and a half down here to be supportive of my boyfriend. But their reasoning is because “the doctor doesn’t like how much time it takes up having someone else in the room because they typically ask too many questions” whatever. Then this Hispanic patient brought her daughter because she doesn’t speak a lot of English, and not only do they not have a translator in the back right now, but they told the daughter to stay behind, I think she’s back there now, but still. How selfish. I work in a clinic and we let how ever many people back with them. That’s part of caring for others in the medical field. It really doesn’t make a difference if someone’s with them or not. God for bid it slow the doctor down though. Front desk lady was super nice though! Such an amazing doctor. She listened to my chief complaints, asked follow up questions, and fixed my issues without me needing to have another surgery. Would definitely recommend seeing her before worrying having surgery.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was hurting terribly and they got me in very quickly. Dr Hancock is very personable and really listens to your problems and really works with you.

A friend with similar neck problems had been urging me to see Dr. Hancock for about 18 months. I had her number on a sticky note on my desk for ages before I finally called. I should have listened to my friend long before because it's been a new world with Dr. Hancock's regular manual manipulation and trigger point injections. Most doctors will send you to PT for hands on treatment, it is exceedingly rare to find a physician who does as much hands on work as Dr. Hancock. I have had a very significant increase in my quality of life due to her treatment. Her personality/bedside manner are an AWESOME bonus! She listens, we laugh (A LOT), and we work on my body together. Her staff is very responsive. I recently had a job change and needed some employer documents signed and those girls handled it so much faster than I expected. The required testing involved needles and electrical current. PAINFUL to say the least! But, Dr. Hancock was kind, sympathetic, and GIFTED at distracting me with funny stories of actual patients, all while thoroughly and efficiently completing the necessary tests. I suffer with RA, which leaves me miserable during times of flare ups. I have never had a doctor perform manual manipulation on me effectively in the way Rita did. She has wonderful bedside manner and I truly believe she was put on this earth to heal people inside and out.

Having had EMG in the distant past I had forgotten how painful they can be since the practioner is dealing with nerve paths and nerve bundles. I was referred to Dr. Hancock in May 2010 and unlike other Pain Management physicians that perform EMG's Dr. Hancock was caring, careful, good listener, and very thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions, very professional. Although this type of testing is usually unpleasant, her caring attitude made the whole situation much easier.
