Dr. Rita Renee Ellithorpe

Billing is awful and so is customer service. Tustin Longevity was suppose to get a pre authorization on a blood test which they didn't so now insurance has denied the whole claim over $3,500. and we do not get calls returned. We have tried to get this solved for over 3 weeks. Still leaving messages and Tustin Longevity is not doing their part.

Dr. Ellithorpe is an excellent doctor. She understands molecular biology and cell biology. Some patients don't like how strict Dr. Ellithorpe can be about staying on her protocol to fight cancer or other diseases. If you take her protocol seriously and stick with it regardless of how hard it is, you will have success. If you are not serious about making changes to better health condition then don't complain about Dr. Ellithorpe when things don't work or complain about her strict style. She cares about us as patients and wants the best for our health. Again, she is an excellent doctor and can certainly help you.

Extremely competent and explain conditions and resolution in a easy to understand fashion. Sometimes it's hard to do but do what she tells you to do and you will get well it's not always easy
