My daughter, who is special needs, is under the primary care of Dr. Kramer. Dr. Kramer is an excellent physician who is very patient focused. She listens to any issues there may be and clearly explains all treatment options. In our experience, she responds promptly to any paperwork or medication refills needed. She is always very pleasant with me and my daughter during our medical visits and truly cares about her well being.
I would highly recomend Dr.Kramer. I have been seeing her for a year and a half.

We've been very pleased with Dr. Kramer. She's easy to talk to, knowledgable, knows her stuff, and really seems to care. We always leave her office feeling upbeat.
worst experience with a family doctor ever. She did not care about my pain. Misdiagnosed my disease. I took medicine for weeks for nothing. The front desk was irresponsible. The results of my sample were supposed to be out in a few days, but did not come out until after a month. In between I called many times and they did not care. The front desk were even trying to give advice on how to take the medicine! Don't know about other doctors in that clinic. But do NOT pick her.
