Doctor Rina Jain is the most caring and professional doctor I have ever met. So lucky she is my doctor.

Was referred to Dr Jain by my primary Dr, for a hairline fracture on my foot. I waited over 30 minutes- and then spent 10 minutes with Dr Jain who asked me some of the same questions i answered on yhe registration forms. She then pulled up my X-rays on the computer - said i will be fine in 6 weeks- she did not unwrap my foot from the original urgent care wrap. 1- this appointment could of been done via telephone- she had access to X rays- instead of wasting time in her waiting room 2- her office called me immediately to schedule a follow up- No thank u to wasting time. She was a nice lady. Followup- 7 months later I received a bill for a ridiculous amount for just walking into the office. very professional from the beginning to the end , my right leg was never straight , now it is . , I actually started running on a treadmill after the first six months . overall I am very satisfied .

I saw Dr. Rina Jain for a chronic knee pain. She was both super knowledgeable and experienced but also empathetic and caring. She listened patiently, analyzed and discussed the various options and put me on my present path towards recover. I am grateful for her advice and continuous care.

Extremely rushed physician. I am in health care, I do direct patient care, and I know first hand how busy physicians nurses therapists like myself can become. Her office scheduled a preliminary appointment to review x-rays and determine I was a candidate for surgery. She determined I was and said her office would call back within the week to set up surgery for August. Her office did not call, so I called them. I was told she had lost surgery privileges at Sharp August 1st. So I was out my payment and would have to make another specialist payment to start the process elsewhere. Dr. Jain did not address my problem. After a fall she refused pain medication although my knee was the size of a cantaloupe. MRI showed a partial ACL tear, meniscus tear and a MCL sprain. Instead of addressing the injury she wanted to send me to a pain clinic. She did give me a shot of steroids in my knee. My primary physician was very confused because the report from doctor Janin said she injected my back. I had terrible service and I felt The doctor did not listen to me or addressed my problem. Hello! Back about a year or so ago, I critiqued Dr. Jain because I was unhappy with my Knee surgery outcome and I still do have joint problems. Dr. Jain seeing my review called to ask me how could she fix it and she did everything expected of a loving Doctor that is caring and professionally competent to assist. She tried every type of ex-rays and treatments available. She checked on my update personally and she was always available to listen to any complains or lack of understanding I had or still have. Modern science has its imperfections and complications and things don't always turn out as you wish but I could not have gotten a better Doctor that was and still is ready to do whatever and all she could and can. Her success rate is top-notch and I will never question her skilled work ethics ever again. Without a doubt this was an incredible experience for me I had a full hip replacement prior to the surgery I was in a tremendous amount of pain I healed in record time and I am astounded at just how wonderful my hip replacement has made my wife I am pain-free yes I worked hard at the rehab and Dr. Jain did a spectacular job.

I had my both knees replaced and both hips replaced by Dr. Jain it was the best operation and recovery experience I trusted her with my life and I'm doing great no pain in my joints.

Dr Jain is the best. I felt nothing after my right knee replacement. I finished rehab in two weeks with no issues. I only wish I would have done it sooner.

Dr. Jain is a first rate hip surgeon. She explained things very well for both of my hip surgeries. I would recommend her to anyone who needs hip surgery.

As always, I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Jain. The front office staff are very polite and helpful and the back office staff are caring and you feel that they want to make things better. This was my second knee replacement at the Coronado Hospital facility. Although not my favorite way to pass the time, the results were excellent. I was hoping for a partial replacement like the first knee but wound up with a full knee replacement. I was worried that the full replacement would be harder/longer to recover from than the partial replacement I had the first time. As it turned out due to the excellent work of Dr. Muldoon, I recovered just as quickly from the full knee replacement. My wife was seen by dr. Jain for a revision of her total knee replacement by another surgeon two years earlier. Finally success dr. Jain is an amazing, caring surgeon that gave my wife her ability to walk again without pain.

What can you say about getting your hip replaced? Except I believe Dr Jain and the staff at Synergy did a great job. They took pride in there work and put me first I would recommend Dr. Jain to anybody who is putting the surgery off. Liked Synergy so much I just had my rotator cuff repaired.

Dr Rina Jain , was very comforting about the operation, I had put the operation on hold for over 10 years practically dragging my leg . The operation went great. I followed all there instructions for recovery and was able to ride my mountain bike after about 4 weeks. I met with Dr. Jain to discuss a right knee issue. I knew going in I needed a knee replacement and was going to try and postpone it as long as possible. She was very understanding, gave me the options and even explained the healing time. She explained if I was a "desk job" it would be 6-8 week recovery, since I am not a desk job it would be significantly longer healing period. We agreed to start PT, which has helped some. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jain to see the possibility of getting a knee replacement due to having on and off pain for the last 10 years. After examining my knee and later viewing my X-Rays and MRI results, she concluded that I did not need a knee replacement at the moment. She pointed out that physical therapy would increase my knee mobility while lowering the pain. After going to a couple sessions the pain has decreased and I am able to walk for longer periods of time. Not only is Dr Rina Jain an excellent surgeon, she's a kind and compassionate care giver. I know other doctors that have gone to her for hip replacement, all with great results. I was a professional dancer and my hip injury was making me feel old before my time. I've always been very active and teach yoga now and having Dr. Jain do my hip surgery two years ago was the best decision I ever made. I tell my clients all the time how on the ball she was, above and beyond what I ever would have expected. And then on top of all that wonderful praise, she took the time to tell me, as I'm laying on the operating table in the sterile surgery room, while being surrounded with the other nurses in their "haz-mat" suits, which makes them look like space aliens, Dr Jain remained in her scrubs until I was under anesthesia. It was a small thing, but seeing her smiling face before I went under kept me calm. She didn't have to do that, but she did, and it helped to ease my fears. This was my 1st major surgery, and she helped me feel confident going in. Now that I'm two years out, I'm able to exercise 7 days a week, when I want and I have limitations. My right leg is still a bit weaker but my yoga practice and working with a pilates trainer have gotten me back to feeling like my old self again. She was very responsive to my texts and emails, something I thought would be handed off to an assistant but was always answered by her. I felt very secure that I was getting the best care possible. The worst doctor me and my family had to deal with. Do not recommend

She has done knee surgery on me about 3 years ago and I’m in pain since then. She never pursued how I was doing and never made an appointment for any kind of therapy. I don’t suggest her to anyone.

My father hasn’t seen this doctor yet. I wanted to write a review about her nurse Ann. My father is 83 years young, very independent, and determined. His primary doctor has given him names of numerous doctors. The phone magically hung up when he called these offices. They were rude, or seemed uninterested. My father does need extra help, and he does have a thick accent. Being the independent guy that he is, he always wants to make appointments himself. So I always listen in, haha :) Ann was patient, kind, and she made us both laugh. He asked a hundred questions, and she didn’t get frustrated. She took her time and never rushed him. Dr. Jain is an extremely fantastic and knowledgeable orthopedic surgeon. I was having trouble with my ankle and she was able to see me immediately, diagnosed me after multiple other docs hadn’t been able to, and ultimately cleared me for return back to sports. Have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Jain!

I can’t say enough of Dr Jain. I’ve worked with her for years and have referred some patients, all of which have been so grateful for her care. She’s extremely professional and genuine. Not to mention she is detailed and always following up post discharge. I highly recommend Dr Jain!

SO happy with Dr. Jain! Saw her this week because my shoulder has been in a lot of pain when I make certain moves and when I sleep. She was so thorough and asked me all the right questions to determine my issue. I love that she is practical with offering exercises and isn't quick to do surgery for something that can perhaps improve without it. I can get the results for my knees replacement surgery

If you want to be feeling like you wasted your time trying to get an knee replaced and not have any results especially after they have you got have a mri and all of a sudden it goes from knee replacement to putting in a referral for a gel shot that never happened its become very frustrating tome because they never put in a referral and my insurance company has no record of it and her office claims Rina had sent a referral to another doctor who failed to do anything for me and now I'm back at square one no knee replacement and months of wasted time with this place sorry but its the god's honest truth makes me feel as all they care about is everything but the patient makes me feel like it was a waste of my time dealing with unprofessionalism!

Dr. Jain is very professional and knowledgeable.  She came in specially to her office to examine me on a Sunday night and then went above & beyond by personally calling 10 different MRI locations to find an MRI center that could both squeeze me in and accept my insurance, all so that I could make a flight to Europe on Tuesday. Because of her efforts, I was able to obtain an MRI within 24 hours and be cleared by her to play in some tennis tournaments in Europe. Thanks Dr. Jain!
