Dr.Schmit,nurses and PA's are great. But the older lady receptionist is very rude over phone.She is okay face to face in the office.Unfortunately my family I choose to no longer deal with her. Which saddens me because we have been going there for many years. So once you get past the phone you will be fine and treated with top notch care.
