Awesome place..the staff along with Dr Vu are amazing. My appointment was today and it warmed my heart when a sweet dog in the reception area greeted me and told me bye when I left. Made me SMILE all the way home. When I come in feels like I'm visiting family members. If I could give the place 10 stars I sure would. Thanks guys and gals.

I love 5 Star Dental. The staff and Dr Vu were so pleasant and gentle. They explained my treatment plan and set up appointments convenient to my schedule. I brought my 90 year old mother for treatment and she looks forward to her appointments.

Highly recommend. I have been a patient since he came to Pleasant View. The best staff, various assistants, Best I've ever used as a dentist. A nice family man I trust.

I have been going to Dr. Vu and 5 Star Dental for many years, and cannot imagine seeing another dentist. He is awesome. Extraction was painless, cleanings are a breeze, and the staff is fantastic.

5 star Dental is the best everyone is so professional from the receptionist all thru the office I had read the reviews before I went there and I was nervous to even try the Dental office I am so glad I went ahead and went because it was great everyone was so professional and knowledgeable and Dr Vu is a wonderful caring Dentist I’m glad I didn’t go by the reviews and made my own judgement it was great I found a permanent Dentist office Thank you all so much for a pain free and caring experience and thank you Dr Vu for my wonderful Dental work

Came in with my partial broke in half , so had impressions upper & lower Then Dr. Vu was very patient with me when I didn’t want to get in the dental chair, as I informed him I just need my partial fixed, he stated I just need to look at your bite, of course I said sorry about that..so very nice & professional too..

Dr. Vu and his staff are friendly and willing to work with your schedule. We've moved from the Pleasant View area but I continue to drive back for appointments because they are absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this practice for anyone who has any anxiety with going to the dentist!

Dr Vu adjusted my night guard today. He understood what and how I needed the guard to fit my mouth just right. Great dentist! I have been going to him for years now.

My son has been a patient of Dr Vu for years. I took him in for an emergency visit for having severe tooth pain. They called him back pretty quickly and about 10 mins later he comes out with a sheet of paper referring him to a endodontist. No diagnosis, instructions nor did he come out and talk to me at all. I went to the receptionist confused and asked what was going on and she said I would need to call and set up a appt with the specialist. I then asked what we were supposed to do in the meantime because he was in so much pain. She walked back and got him a prescription for a antibiotic. I immediately called the specialist and they couldn’t get him in until the next day. My son was in excruciating pain by that afternoon so I called Dr Vu’s office and asked if they had something for his pain. They called in a mild pain medication. To top it off, they never checked to see if the specialist took my insurance…which they did not. Here it is 3 days into this, still no relief

This is the best dentist I’ve been to in years. The staff is so nice and Dr Vu is so helpful in explaining what is needed.

I understand why the clinic is called “5 Star Dental”. They are great and definitely deserve 5 stars. Marcie is fabulous - I don’t want to ever go to another hygienist, ever! Dr. Vu is straightforward, honest and does really great work. This is saying something considering I have dental phobia! You can’t ask for a better experience at this office!!!

Professional, helpful staff. Maddie did a great job cleaning my teeth, putting me at ease, and gave me some helpful tips. Dr. Vu explained what needed to be done and was gentle, friendly, and kind.

Dr. Vu and Tammy have been my dental hygiene specialists for over 10 years. In the past, I've had several different dentists and hygienists, but Dr. Vu and Tammy are my favorites. Dr. Vu makes the prettiest crowns and bridges that I've ever had, and I've had many. He never trys to encourage any procedures which you do not need, such as cosmetic work. He is also the most gental dentist I've ever had, he's never hurt me! I've recommended Five Star Dental many times and I am sure I will many more. I could not be happier with their always friendly and professional team.

In previous years, I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but I actually enjoyed my visit today. The office has a very pleasant atmosphere, the staff is exceptionally kind and professional, and the office is very light and comfortable. I would recommend this provider to anyone.

Today was my first visit after moving to TN from another state. I am pleased with my decision to come to 5 Star Dental. The office staff was welcoming. The wait was minimal. The hygienist, Lauren and Dr. Vu were thorough, caring and professional. It was a good visit!
