Office staff are incompetent. Showed up for two appointments and the doctor was not in and no one called to reschedule me but two appointments in two weeks total flop and seems to be a shady business

I was referred to Dr Pellent's office by my neurologist. I was in the room 40 minutes past my appointment time. He finally came in my room and was in there all of 2 minutes. Even though he is "supposed" to be a pain control doctor, he said he did not treat neuropathy. He wanted to put a needle in my hip with steroids but no longer than he was in the room, I am afraid to let him do the procedure. I felt like complete dirt the time I was in there. He was arrogant and looked at me as if I was a fat, lazy woman.

Distant doctor with very poor communication skills. Unable to explain why his medical decision is or isn't beneficial to my health. Asked him multiple questions, received little to no human response. But in my 2 visits he let me know 3 different times that he use to be able to dunk a basketball.. For the love of God, are you a real doctor or a doctor like Julius Erving is a doctor? His decisions weren't my problem, his inability to treat me like a human being was. Air Jordon on auto-pilot.

I have not ever been treated with so much disrespect and like a total idiot as I was be him. After being left in a treatment room for over an hour then moved to another room for another 20 minutes he arrived. His greeting was cool like I was inconvenienceing him. After what seemed like a interrogation he started the exam. After that was over I’ll Spare the lab & related stuff. I left. Over 3 hours there, treated like crap. Nope not again. We won’t be referring our patients to them either.

He is honest and a great dr. i believe he will be the one to help me an figure out what is wrong with my leg. I have total faith in him an he seems determined in helping me.
