I had an endoscopy performed recently by Dr Zirin. I woke up to find my 2 front teeth in my mouth, lucky I didn't expire by choking on them, because he wouldn't have known any better. I was left with a very sincere apology and $4300 in dental costs, which Dr Zirin would not compensate me for. Proceed at your own risk, mine was substantial. I had an endoscopy performed recently by Dr Zirin. I woke up to find my 2 front teeth in my mouth, lucky I didn't expire by choking on them, because he wouldn't have known any better. I was left with a very sincere apology and $4300 in dental costs, which Dr Zirin would not compensate me for. Proceed at your own risk, mine was substantial.

After having Dr. Zirin highly recommended because of how knowledgeable he is about fibromyalgia and how he will therefore not jump to conclusions, imagine my frustration after waiting two weeks, in pain, unable to eat anything because it was like shards of glass creeping through my entire system, only for his office to call and say that he refused to see me! Not only that but the other doctor at the practice did as well! No reason was given for the almost two week delay in even getting back to me but also the only reason given as to his refusal to see a patient in pain and in need was that my heart surgeon-primary care doctor was in Melrose and apparently that’s too far away!?!?? In the digital age?!?! A doctor on the north shore refuses to accept a patient because their primary care is also on the North Shore but deemed too far away! If I could give a negative rating on here I would! The one star us only because of Julie who was amazing when I called the office. ( the other admin was useless!) In order to handle the pain I went to my herbalist who helped me soothe my inside with carefully prepped bone broth! No doctors to help but she did! Seeing another gastroenteritis tomorrow after calling today! It appears ego or complete lack of caring skewed Zirins decision! ( and to think I thought he was my best bet because of my fibromyalgia?!?!?? Anyone thinking the sane, don’t bother!) The first gastrointestinal Dr i went to. Friendly. Caring explains things . He is the only Dr i would have a procedure with. I travel from Nh to Newburyport .
