Dr wu does not listen to anything my husband and I have to say. He always walks out in the middle of conversations. He took my husband off meds and made him extremely sick. Honestly I wouldn't send anyone to see him.
Dr. Wu did not listen to what my husband or I were saying, and did not answer direct, straight-forward questions. No confidence in his abilities as a physician.
I had an appointment with Dr. Wu that unfortunately was not up to par with the typical staff at this office. I felt he didn't listen to my concerns, left the exam room without finishing the conversation or answering questions/concerns in a thorough manner and sent my prescription to the incorrect pharmacy which created time barriers for myself. I will say that the front office staff were wonderful and made sure I had my concerns addressed by bringing the Dr, back to me for conversation.
New to Mass. Dr. Richard Wu does not return phone calls. He has also sent prescriptions to the pharmacy in the incorrect strength. Has taken me off several medications after taking them for years and has misdiagnosed several health problems. This was only seeing him at two appointments. I have immediately changed doctors. I have been diagnosed with a terminal disease for almost 30 years. I can read my medical tests very well and understand what actions need to be taken.
