All employees are the best. The best group in Cookeville. Everyone is professional and courteous.

I have been going to Dr. Williams for a few years now. My first appointments were for a very painful left shoulder. His treatments worked very well and I avoided having surgery. I’m now seeing him for my back/sciatica problems. I like that he always shows honest concern for my problems, and I think he takes the best route to me achieving a good outcome. TOA will continue to be my go to for my joint problems, as well as Dr Williams. Also, the staff is very friendly and treat all with respect. I give all 5 stars!

I have peripheral neuropathy and have a hard time walking! Dr Williams, being aware of this, showed courtesy by ensuring I got up and off the table safe! His bedside manners are the best I have ever experienced! Dr. Williams informed me of his findings and made sure I understood my options! He drained fluid from my knee and gave me a shot! He told me before he started every step asking me if I was ok. The staff at the front desk is very professional and personable, showing their concern for the patients. Their smiles and concern start the healing process for any patient. I know I worked in the field of front office for over 30 years! Dr. Williams nurse was very informative and polite. He is also an asset to your facility! The xRay staff are awesome! Very concerned knowing I was in pain and seeing me using my rolater I am already spreading the word about Dr Williams telling everyone to go see him..

Dr. Williams is kind, thorough & professional. Last visit he noticed me having a Petite Mal seizure. His PA stayed with me for 40 minutes waiting for my son to come get me. They recommended we go to the nearest ER & get checked out. I was admitted & several tests were done. Dr. Williams even recommended a neurologist for me to see. He’s a good man & cares for his patients.

The receptionist was sharp and knowledgeable. I was called on time and Nurse Daniel had his act together, greeted us, and told us exactly what we needed to know before seeing Dr Williams. Dr Williams was ready to see me, patient focused, very knowledgeable about my current situation and need and he immediately began to determine my progress (or lack there of) based on the previous cortisone shot. He is very easy to understand because he does not talk down to you nor does he talk over your head. I am very pleased with Dr Williams and my treatment.

Fantastic!! I was so impressed with Dr Williams knowledge and thoroughness of his exam. He asked questions. He listened. He put my knee through it’s ranges of motion and palpated the area. Awesome good and thorough

Been with him for more than 15 years. One of the best doctors I've had and the best ortho doctor. Extremely knowledgeable, explains situation very well, makes good use of the "bones" collection I've ever seen in a doctor's office, and conducts his exam, diagnosis, and treatment in a very collaborative manner. I'm 19 and play a lot of tennis; been so pleased with him that at least 5 of my tennis buddies go to him with similar results and satisfaction. Can't say enough about him!

I took my 92 year old mother to see Dr. Williams today. He took so much time with her and listened to our concerns and even told us about his own 102 year old mother. I would highly recommend him. It is evident that he is a caring soul and wants what is best for his patients. One of the best doctors I have ever been to in ages. When he gave her a shot in her knee, she said she hardly felt it because he took the time to numb it first.

He’s helped me so much over the past few years from being an all in ball player to helping me make the best decision and hang my jersey up to better my life and decide a career path that would be easier on my back! I had been going to my Internal Dr. for my back for several years. She gave me steroid shots they worked for a while then got to where they didn't work. I set up an appointment at TOA with Dr. Williams he sent me for x-rays and then an MRI and found what was wrong. He then sent me for an epidural. I had instant relief it was just before Christmas I told Dr. Williams that he had given me a Christmas miracle. Dr.Williams is great! I kinda have him puzzled about my left foot! He is going to try to fix it by elimination. I got the insoles yesterday that he suggested and my feet already feel so much better!
