Richard Morris Weisman

Everything mentioned previously about his dismissiveness, rudeness, and unprofessionalism is absolutely true. He does not review the imaging tests that he orders and completely dismisses all symptoms and obvious physical changes. He refuses to order additional testing or perform additional physical workups to get to the root of the problem. He spends the majority of time trying to get his dictation software to cooperate and making snide comments/observations. He's completely out of touch with reality when it comes to workplace documentation and communication. I wish I would've read the reviews instead of just getting in with the first neurologist that I could out of desperation.

I have been seeing Dr. Weisman for many years. He has always taken the time to discuss everything with me. We have discussed everything in detail and all my symptons have been resolved. he explained why he changed meds and what the affects were of the old meds. I have nothing but a very professional doctor/patient relationship. I am very happy with him.

Dr weisman is a very good doctor. My son had seizures almost every week, until Dr weisman found the right medicine and dose. My son might have a seizures once a year. Thank GOD for him. I will take my son to no other doctor!

Dr. Weisman was a very RUDE and nasty individual towards me. He rushed me out of his office so fast I was wondering if he had something else to do. I asked him how was he doing when I entered his office, he said "I am not here to talk about me just tell me about you". He never studied my chart until I got there. I had to explain my entire visit. I don't trust his decisions. I am looking for a new Neurologist.

Dr. Weisman was dismissive, rude and condescending. He dictated his notes into his computer during the appointment and said all kinds of things that were incorrect. They told me that my first appointment would be 45 minutes long, and he spent 11 minutes with me. Even at subsequent appointments, he wouldn't answer questions. He does not seem to believe that helping patients understand their meds, side effects and illnesses is part of his job.

My mother and I took my Grandmother to see Dr. Weisman for early signs of Alzheimer’s and I felt he was unsympathetic and quite arrogant! As you can imagine this is a difficult time for my family and to have a Dr. be so insensitive is unacceptable! Please do not bring your love one to this Dr.

My primary care physician gave his information to me to see him regarding headaches I was having. My husband went with me. We both found him to be very warm, he listened and I highly recommend him.

Very condescending and rude! Will not bring my grandmother back to him!

It was immediately clear that he had no intention of doing his job. He made several unprofessional remarks about my weight, which I admit is slightly above where it should be, but certainly not to a degree that would greatly impact my health. His entire (lack of) diagnosis was solely based on my appearance. He didn't take 2 minutes to look at the list of neurological symptoms that I was referred for. I asked several times if he wanted to know my symptoms. Apparently it was a waste of his time.
