Dr. Richard Thomas Vagley

This doctor was a nightmare in Pittsburgh. Many botched surgeries including mine! I wouldn't recommend him if my life depended on it. Overall rating is a minus 3

Great bedside manner , he was very realistic about my goals. I was so nervous about having loose skin. I was going to spend a lot of money on getting the J-plasma . Dr Vagley ensured me that my skin would contract with time and my stomach looks amazing my back is snatched and my butt looks so natural . I am loving my results. I am 6 weeks post op . I have been recommending Dr V to others and would definitely go back if I needed anything else done . I was in Miami for 7 days Dr V was available anytime I needed to speak or see him . I know some of the other Drs at Spectrum didn’t even see their patients for post op appointments.

The best and most caring surgeon I’ve ever had a surgery with he really takes time going over things and personally following up with aftercare .

My sister got her BBL 2 months ago and her results are AMAZING! I went to Miami to help her out with the recovery process and we met with Dr. Vagley! We loved his bedside manners and the overall experience from start to Finish! I already put down my deposit as well and will be getting my BBL in July!

I decided to see Dr. Vagley after I had undergone an abdominal surgery that left a huge scar in the middle of my abdomen. Dr. Vagley took the time to speak with me set realistic goals for the surgery. I am truly happy with the outcome of my surgery because my desired look was achieved, and has maintained its shape for more than eight years!

I found Dr. Vagley work to be Fantastic! He took a horrible situation and made it into a beautiful art out of my abdomen!

He was amazing. He was informative about the entire process . Him and his staff even followed up with after my surgery.

Do a google search. Any positive reviews are all in a one week span. Fake reviews by his friends and family. His real reviews are decades long. Read for yourself by a simple google search.

Was begged by his email to leave a positive rating since he moved to boost his stars. That’s ridiculous. Shady.

I just love Dr. Vagley! He is so kind and understanding of his patients needs and concerns. He takes as much time to talk as you need without making you feel rushed. I had 2 procedures done at the same time. I went back to him when lumps needed removed from both breasts. I trusted him rather that the doctors and surgeons who found the lumps. I knew Dr. V wouldn't leave me scarred. Thanks again!

Honestly he doesn’t even deserve 1 star but because I had no choice I had to give it! I got a breast augmentation from him about a year ago and it was the worst mistake I ever done! I told him my goal was to not have to wear a bra for my breast to sit up but also not to look like I have two tennis balls sitting up there either! I even asked him did he have a bra to try on but he didn’t. He told me to go to a store and pick out a bra that I would like to fit and we could insert the implants to s
