I had a root canal by this dentist several years ago went back because I’m having a problem with It. Just went for an x-ray to make sure that there was a problem with root canal was overcharged. Now this root canal has to be redone and the doctor refuses to take responseability for the mistake I would not recommend this dentist

I was so very happy with everyone in this office. I had to get in for an emergency they were able to get me in same day. I was taken back had an exray within minutes. The doctor came in gave me options an then started working on me. No pressure at all. He was very patient with me talked about fun stuff. The nurse was easy to talk to. Mostly listen to me because I was nervous. This was the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist. They have earned a new customer for life. I felt very comfortable with all the staff.

I left a dentist I had used for years due to several bad customer service interactions, and I called Gray Station Dental to see if I could possibly get an appointment to have a broken tooth taken care of (the last straw with the former dentist-he could not work me in and I had waited for weeks), and they saw me right away. I have not looked back since. I love the quality of care my husband and I have always received and the office is clean and neat. They also embrace new technology and that makes a visit much easier. I have recommended Gray Station Dental to many people.

I had a crown done yesterday and was very apprehensive since I am new to the practice and have had awful things done to my teeth in the past, and having a crown done the same day was new to me. They were very nice, telling me what they were doing as it happened, and two hours later I left with a new crown. And it fits!

I have my teeth cleaned twice a year. Month after cleaning I had a problem and he did not catch it when he came in to check my teeth. The problem was there during time of cleaning. He is also rough and he could care less. The people that works in office are really nice and helpful!

If you are looking for a dentist with a gentle touch and professional demeanor, you have found the place. I have been going to them for 9 months and they always take me back right on time. First time having a crown here and was very nervous about it. Literally the easiest crown I’ve ever had and I have prob at least 8-10 of them. I’ve never been happier! Gosh and they let me watch Netflix while I was having it done. I am in love with this place! Great staff and Dr. Turner is the best! Oh and not to forget that I have horrible TMJ issues but the bite block with suction helped me be able to relax and no stress on my muscles!

My first visit with them was more than extraordinary. Super sweet, kind staff. Dr. Turner has calming voice and super nice! They fixed a crown that was offset from previous dentist. I can now bite down without pain!! Need a root canal and crown which was expected. Love the friendliness of the staff!!! I'm what's known as a difficult patient. The word terror would not be too strong of a choice. Very few dentists know how to deal with me or want to after their first experience of my panic, bossiness and, occasionally, tears. The staff at Gray Station Dental are incredibly kind and understanding no matter how horrible I am. I truly appreciate their compassion.
