Have had a long list of symptoms, and has worked very diligently to find answers for me. Has spent a lot of time and energy supporting my health care.

I think Doc T is probably the best physician I've ever had. Thorough and can still maintain a sense of humor. Love this guy!!!

If you are young and healthy you'll probably be fine with this doctor. But if you have a problem he can be sarcastic and belittling. And if you have any struggles with depression, please seek help elsewhere. Not only is this not his strength, he will blow you off. It is clear he is very disenchanted with medicine today and I'm sorry he is stuck in a profession he is disappointed with. But, as a patient, that's not my problem. Do yourself a favor and choose a different doctor...one who truly cares about his or her patients and enjoys his profession. For his sake and his patients, I hope he can retire early.

I would not recommend this doctor. I had an absolutely horrible experience. I was very ill and got progressively worse. He did not treat me when I had an obvious illness with classic symptoms. I was quickly diagnosed by the next doctor I went to and began treatment immediately with good results. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Dr. Tonda has been my doctor for 8 years. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens extremely well and looks at each situation in terms of how it impacts overall health

Horrible experience with this doctor. Misdiagnosed when very ill. Terrible manner and very insulting, insinuating that my health issue was all in my head. I continued getting sicker and once he made an unethical comment to me I left and never returned. I found a competent doctor who ran tests and found my health issue. I am so grateful to have found a great doctor who is competent, compassionate, and helped me regain my health. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Tonda is an exceptional doctor. Don't get me wrong, at times he can seem like he isn't listening, but I promise you he is. He is one of the most caring people that only has your best interest in mind. Bottom line - he is brilliant and caring. For me, the two most important aspects of a doctor. I have entrusted my entire family to him and he has never let US down.

Excellent physician. Likeable and caring. Thorough, takes time, listens carefully, asks good questions and arrives at well reasoned treatment. I have been a patient for a number of years and am extremely happy to be able to count on him. I recommend him highly.

I have had two incidents with this doctor. both are extremely poor. He is incompetent. Both times he did not follow with the proper follow up and was not prepared. Stay far away from him. He is the worst physician in Kalamazoo.

Dr. Tonda is a very thorough doctor and is very kind. He has taken such great care of my grandpa and does a great job following up closely and keeping us informed. He does a great job listening and educating. Very impressed!

Dr. Tonda is moody and ok as a physician as long as you can see him every month or 2 and keep his wallet padded. When circumstances change and you can't come see him all the time, he refuses to take care of things like prescriptions. He discharged me as a patient for not seeing him often enough, and refuses to make sure my prescriptions are filled to cover the 2 months before my new doctor can get me in to establish care. This is not what I consider good health care. Steer clear and find a doctor who actually has his patients interests in mind and isn't all about the money going into his wallet. Dr. Tonda is moody and ok as a physician as long as you can see him every month or 2 and keep his wallet padded.
