Really love how he treats me as a patient and I love all the staff

I think it's a joke they took him out of his office in handcuffs!! I'm not a patient but my sister is. I went with her on several occasions and he was professional and kind. Didn't try to give her any medication! She asked and he said no!! I know he didn't do anything wrong with her!

Wonderful doctor he has always be very good about ordering test and referring me to the right doctors. Thanks to Stehl we were able to figure out was going on with my legs and heart!! The staff if wonderful

I was very disappointed by the serves I received today. I was told in advanced over the phone they accepted my insurance. When I arrived they accept United health care but not United health care dual complete. I have my member number over the phone. The Doctor today couldn't even make eye contact with me. I was recommended by a friend when trying to find a primary care doctor. Made an appointment on a Friday and went for a visit on Tuesday. Nice clean office, smooth registration process but the level of unprofessionalism from the staff is unbelievable. The process is basically like an ER visit. You know, when they triage and sit you back in the lobby until a room is available? Well in this case it’s because the Doctor isn’t there yet. I’m assuming I looked friendly enough for on of the office staff to tell me not only that but he’s slow. I went back for a second visit bc the meds he prescribed me were like baby aspirin to my back pain. I initially called the day before I went back to my second visit but was put on hold forever so I decided to hang up and try again later. I waited for a while and called back 10 times and got no answer so I decided to drive over. When I got there I was told that they only had 1 line....hmm... anyway I went to the second visit barely able to stand and was greeted with a dry good morning. Sat there and listen to the staff talk about everything but work related issues. After 30 minutes of waiting and me already have making my mind up to leave I was called to the front desk to register. I was annoyed at this point and asked to cancel any other appointments I had and not run my insurance. BTW when I did see the dr on the first visit he didn’t check my pulse, heart rate anything. He also tried to prescribe me methotrexate without doing lab work. He basically comes in, sit down, asks what’s wrong and writes a prescription. I feel sorry for the 2 women that were there when I left, they are just sitting in an exam room and the doctor isn’t even there I was recommended by a friend when trying to find a primary care doctor. There may be a wait but it is worth it for a doctor that listens to all of your symptoms and treats you accordingly. His staff is always friendly???? and you don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment.

I started seeing Dr. Stehl after my primary care doctor lost his license for running a pill mill. From my initial appointment with him he has been amazing & actually listens to me. Granted the staff could be a bit more professional by not discussing issues that aren't work related. They've always been good to too me when I go in so it doesn't really bother me but I've seen others get pretty annoyed. I was referred to this office be a co- worker. This office is HORRIBLE! The Stehl does not read his patients files nor does he care. I hate going to the dr but I've been to the er twice under his care in the same week with trigger signs of a serious heart issue. This dr took me off of my heart medication my very first visit AFTER an abnormal ekg and echocardiogram because he said I didn't need it anymore. Now he is refusing my referral to a very good cardiologist that is willing to work me in asap because Stehl says I'm fine and can wait until August. I'm very angry and displeased! Staff took my bp with two faulty machines which gave two false readings. I had to ask that it been done manually a d then the reading was correct. I went there for some help losing weight. He checked my heart and recommended blood work and an ekg. They couldn't take my blood because I have small veins and asked that I come back another time because the were out og butterflies that was supposed to arrive that day. Too much bad to tell and not enough room.

I am a nurse from another facility, trying to obtain information on our patient's that go to Dr. Stehl. The staff is unprofessional and I guess they have been told not to cooperate with other facilities, which is again unprofessional. You are left on hold indefinitely. The Dr. should be more professional and instruct his staff to be. Unprofessionalism is unacceptable in the medical profession. I love Dr. Stehl he is sweet he took the time to listen to me I was a new patient. I have fybromyalgia and arthritis and deal with a lot of pain. I have heard people say things about him I would say go see him for yourself and make your on call. Now not only do I see him my husband and our 19 yr old & 20 yr old. GREAT DOCTOR AND STAFF

The worst customer service, patient care there is a joke. God help you if you have a major medical issue or need presciption renewal. Don't go here if you value your health.
