Dr. Richard Alan Segool

Has been my childrens' doctor for a very long time. He is a brilliant man.

I've been taking my kids here since birth ( 6 years). Actually, when pregnant, I went for an appt to determine IF this met my standards. I work in the medical field and want a knowledgeable & competent MD for my children. Dr.Segool is A+ every day. This is his calling in life. He's intelligent and can relate to his patients. He knows his stuff!! And cares!! Other MDs are ok. Office =ok. RNs = great. Enf office & wait RM were upgraded, not rooms. Overall : I would not take my kids elsewhere.

Dr. Segool is great he treats us with respect & takes his time to talk us & explain everything going on with our children. We have a 15yr son with many different health concerns & a 7 month old daughter. All the staff is very patient & caring. When we can't get into see Dr. Segool we total trust every Dr that works with Pioneer Valley Pediatrics. They always call us back with in minutes no matterwhat time & it has been an absolute blessing that they have weekend hours if nessary. Love them al
