My toe problems baffled my primary care physician, but Dr. Schilling quickly diagnosed and remedied them. He's The Man!

I met Dr. Schilling the end of September 2020. I had a bunion and a hammer toe on my right foot. I love hiking and the foot problem was causing pain. I was really impressed with Dr. Schilling’s diagnosis. He and his staff were able to schedule me for surgery soon after my initial visit. The surgery went very well, and Dr Schilling was pleased with the outcome. The difference in the before and after x-rays were extraordinary. He did a remarkable job! By the end of January 2021 I was able to hike with no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Schilling and ABC Podiatry for foot surgery. It changed my life. Lori Jordan

I work in the recovery room at Mt. Carmel East and have first hand witnessed the excellent care of Dr. Schilling. I actually came on google to give his information to a friend asking me for a Podiatrist, but then thought I should leave a review since there aren't many. He truly cares about his patients and will spend so much time with them at bedside ensuring they understand and that they are comfortable. He is also easy to work with and very approachable. He is up to date on the latest research and gives great education to staff. I work with some of the best physicians around but Dr. Schilling really is top notch of the top notches!! I am the wife of one of Dr. Schillings patients. He is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of interacting with. He cares about his patients physical and emotional well being and is a pleasure to interact with. He is up to date on cutting edge practices to ensure that his patients always receive the best care available. I am very impressed with his responsiveness. My husband had a concern on the weekend and called the office and left a message figuring there wouldn’t be a response until Monday. Within minutes of leaving the message, my husband received a call from Dr. Schilling. I have seen this type of responsiveness on multiple occasions; you can tell that he really cares for his patients. I had the opportunity to interact with his partner, Dr. Litterell, and was impressed with that interaction as well. All of the staff have been very friendly and pleasant to interact with. I've been seeing Dr Schilling for over a year since my surgery and I'm not sure anyone could do the job better. He keeps you 100% informed the entire appointment. If he's typing something into the computer he will say what he's typing outloud to you. There's no way to mistake Dr Schillings attention is directly focused on the patient all times. He will keep you involved and answer any questions you have. He was so quick and efficient with his time that I never had to stay long. I would and have recommended him. Very personable with excellent bedside manner. Is able to address and explain physical issues and how to resolve the issue.

I had taken a bad fall before Mother’s Day. I messed up my ankles and knees. Going into my eighth week of recovery Dr. Schilling assured me that this would take time, and that with healing it would get better. He really took the time to talk to me one-on-one as a person and liste n very attentively. He recommended what I should do and I am doing that and I feel the healing begin.
