Dr Roux is a superb physician who takes the time to explain treatment options prior to scheduling surgery. I have had two total knee replacement surgeries, both had excellent outcomes. I followed his instructions both before & after my surgeries & had no complications what so ever. My PT (NOT affiliated w/Ortho. NW) couldn't believe how well I recovered on both surgeries,,. saying Dr Roux's patients have excellent results. Office Staff & PA Todd Curtis have always been friendly & helpful.

Dr. Roux in Yakima is excellent! I had both knees replaced in 2017 (August for right, December for left) and I couldn't be happier with Dr. Roux's surgery skill, experience, and bedside manner. Highest Recommendation!

Serious complications after torn meniscus surgery from Dr. ROUX. Awoke to severe pain. Called office several time at how much pain I was in no help from that place Dr.Roux office, ended up going to my family doctor for help. My call muscle was black and blue. Had a gastrocnemius strain, three blood clots. With in weeks developed bursitis, & tronchanteric bursitis, of the hip. Labral tear. All on the same leg. I never had any of these issues before surgery. Four years later alot of hip pain.

I needed a second opinion after seeing Dr. Orvald for a knee issue. Orthopedic NW now is using technogy called Phreesia. It asked all these personnel questions that have nothing to do with patient care. This place does not value your privacy or care about patient care. When I refused to answer these ridiculous questions, Dr. Roux refused to see me for the appointment I had scheduled with him. Other issues with this clinic is they don't return calls, appointments are hard to get. Staff are rude.
