I would give Dr Rosenfeld and his office zero stars if I could. My 10 year old Grandson had an appointment for wax removal. It started out ok and then became painful. He asked the Dr to stop and he did not. My Grandson began to cry and I then approached the Dr as he started to push him back down into the chair pulling his hair while doing so. I told him not to do that and he got really MAD and said "really is this what we're doing!! "You are not going to let me finish" and stormed out of the room.

Incredible Doctor! Expertise one of a kind. He's extremely knowledgeable and has it down to an art! He treated my daughter with such care and devotion! Throughout the entire process he was gentle and kid friendly. He explained everything beforehand and made sure the patient was comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Rosenfeld as the best ENT! He's done miracles to so many out there! Thank you!

My 4 year old had put a piece of foil confetti in her nose. Dr. Rosenfeld was able to get it out with such skill and care. His nurse who was assisting also was so sweet and gentle with my daughter.

Dr rosenfeld just performed my sons tonsillectomy on friday. He was so fantastic. He truly knows how to connect with kids and has a wonderful bedside manner and personality. He was so attentive and walked us through the entire process as well as took the time to answer any questions i had during recovery. The entire team at SUNY downstate bayridge were absolutely amazing. Thank you Dr. Rosenfeld for making it so easy to trust you with my precious boy. Very rude staff...after being told your child needs to see an ENT, I tried to find one close to my job and pick Dr. Rosenfeld's office. I scheduled my first appt in March for May 10 (wait 2 mos). I called a few days before to confirm my appointment and was told "oh we tried to call you to say doctor canceled...". Noone called me! So, I rescheduled for June 26 at 1 pm and was all set to go. On that day, I was running a little behind due to loads of traffic and was told to be there no later than 1:30 pm. I called a few times to give status updates and finally was told "doctor values his time and he leaves at 1:30 pm". I value my time as well! So how was he supposed to see my daughter and provide a thorough examination from my original appt time. I literally scheduled with another ENT and it's been 2 weeks since and I have seen the doctor two times. My daughter is on a plan and getting better! You have to be patient and understanding when dealing with clients especially with such a sensitive issue like hearing.. I have heard Dr. Rosenfeld is very talented, however his front office does him a great disservice. Instead of just admitting you forgot to confirm my son’s urgent appointment please do not lie by saying you tried to call many times and my phone number is not reachable. My business literally depends on me being available 24-7 by phone. If I miss a call I call back 10 times out of 10. This is insulting to me and a shame for my son who really needed to see Dr. Rosenfeld urgently. Pretty shameful. We love Dr. Rosenfeld and his staff! He placed ear tubes in our 22 month old son. The procedure was done right in his office and it was so quick!!

One of the rudest dr you will find in town. He does not maintain professional behaviour.

Awesome doctor he treated my little one the same day of first appointment. My husband and I were so pleased. I would recommend him a million times!!!!

What an amazing Dr. My daughter had to get her adenoids removed and was obviously nervous. Dr Rosenfeld entertained her during the initial checkup so that she was looking forward to seeing him again. The day of the surgery, he asked her if she was taking flying lessons, put her on his shoulders and pretended to fly away with her to ease her discomfort. Before we had a chance to realize what happened, he walks into the waiting room to call us and say that the surgery was a total success. My daughter had a 90% blockage and sounded like a freight train at night. The day of the surgery she was breathing better a sleeping better and no snoring . Wonderful professional! Had a great experience with this doctor. Never pushes unnecessary treatment, and never leaves untreated if necessary. I trust him 100%. I had taken my child to other ENTs. I only trust dr. Rosenfeld!

Worst experience ever as address is not updated on Google. Spent 1 hour to get parking around 134 Atlantic ave, then I was told that their office has moved to diff location. Also, we were not offered to come at new location as doctor left.
