Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond in working to help me.

His staff was rude. It took the lady three attempts and two different sets of impressions before they were able to make a mouth piece that fit my upper teeth. Then they charged me after not proper adjusting the lower apparatus. The office is old and needs to be updated.

I went to see Dr. Riggs for TMJ issues and did not have the best experience. First off, the office was extremely antiquated and not very well-kept up (in fact, one of the mirrors in the back was being held together with dental floss and the chair I was put in barely worked), and the staff wasn’t very pleasant. I went for a consultation and then back again for a follow-up a few months later, and he didn’t even remember I had been in for the consultation, even when he looked at his notes. What he did for my TMJ problems didn’t even work and I feel like we paid for him to not leave me any better than when I walked in and to forget me in the process. We didn’t go back after the second visit. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I found out later that he actually did accurately diagnose issues with my jaws that were finally corrected surgically. Dr Riggs is a very wise doctor. Good guy too.

Great doctor. Takes lots of time to sit & talk with you. Tries to understand your pain, your symptoms, etc.

Unbelievably great! - honest and knowledgeable - caring. All of his office staff are amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone in pain!

AWESOME!!! I went to Dr. Riggs for some pain I was having and had a few injections and a very thorough consultation. He is just about the fairest and kindest doctor I've used. I learned that he gives lectures all over the world for his area and you can see all of his accomplishments and publications on his website - and WOW it's a lot.
